What? Nurmi says there's no probable cause for the Aggravating factor? The jury already decided that. ?????

The good news is that Nurmi is objecting to what JM might say in closing arguments, so this thing really must be ending soon.

I suspect he's objecting to Juan using words suggesting other aggravating factors that were NOT found.
