So all this jury has to do is make a list of the 9 mitigating factors, answer each one with a yes or no, and then after they have a list of nine no’s they make their decision, DP. Well they could answer yes to the age, the murderer was 3 years younger than Travis.

Wasn't she almost 28 when this happened.

That is not much difference in age of the murderer and the victim. Age would be a none starter for me. She was certainly an adult heading toward 30 not 20.

So if I were a juror, I would wonder why he is using all the prosecution's witnesses and Doctors. Some of the same Dr.s that he tried to have ridiculed on the stand for being inexperienced. I hope this is not lost on the jury.
