AZL- any guesses about Nurmi's motion yesterday to keep JM from arguing another aggravating factor? As in- what is Nurmi anticipating JM will argue?

To make it into a general question, how much do the sides share about what they plan to cover in closing? I would think it's nothing, meaning KN's motion is just a generic CYA thing. But then again, what was the pile of junk they gave Juan yesterday?

The late piece from Witness #1's secret mom means that in closing the DT will claim it proves that the Bishop was lying as part of a Mormon cover-up to protect a Mormon who was an abusive child pornographer. That should work ... NOT!

So happy this trial is almost over and Travis' family can finally move past this and never have to think about this evil witch again. Whether she gets life or death, she will be locked away in a hole for a long time. Justice is coming soon.

Since closing is defense, state, defense, I'm sure it will be both as it was in the first trial. JW will come in again with her hands on ja's shoulders, saying pathetically. "Will you kill her?" That made me ill. I thought she killed Travis, why not?!

And since no woman has been executed in AZ for 80+ yrs., death row is probably the surest way for JA to avoid being "killed".
