The state asked how do we know that TA invited JA to his home. If she wasn’t welcome or invited would he have taken naked pics of them both on his bed? Don't be distracted - look at where they key is - and there is always corroborative evidence.

There's absoluely no evidence of Travis inviting CMJA to Mesa in June. How can Nurmi say otherwise?

The other email you saw (on exhibit now) from JA to TA - and the state w/0 any evidence except Abe saying he didn't receive it - says there is not evidence it was sent because there is no address in the To: section. He says that's not true.

Nurm says read it and the significance of email is that she really doesn't lie - so it doesn't matter if Abe received it or not - the key is that it was sent to TA and why.

It was sent to TA, because you hear Mr. Alexander saying he was going to whip Abes' A$$ - and obviously TA had some issues of jealousy or whatever, but the issue is this regarding power and control: She sent it to TA because he was pissed of about Abe so she did it to please him, to avoid his anger.

I have to have faith that this jury understands that totally making TA out as the most vile person on earth is not going to help CMJA. I want to remain unbiased and think like a juror would and I believe that this kind of bashing the victim has gotten to be old and the jury does not want to listen anymore about what TA did to CMJA. Nurmi can scream at the top of his lungs but he does not understand that his yelling at the jury is not about compassion for his defendant. It is just noise. Even though the jury is not to consider CMJA non allocution ,it has to be in the back of their minds and if CMJA came across during her secret testimony like prior juror no. three reported than I have faith the rest of the jury got it.

BBM - Good, all they have to note from that flowery, junior high, overwrought piece of crap is that her handwriting in the journal did not change after the alleged finger-breaking incident, no matter what date the defense 'experts' believe it happened.

The state tried to argue that counting the characters means it's an invalid text message - but Mr. Gorkin said that text messages can sometimes come in at different rates and points of time with helio.

The state didn't show you how she did. Think about the leaps of faith the state wants you to take to believe JA sent this message herself.
