I'm surprised her tweeter hasn't begun hawking her doodles yet today. The doodle sale typically is timed to exploit trial coverage.
 
I really would have liked to have seen the victim's statements televised. RIP Travis.

Some of the best crossexaminers I have seen are defense attorneys and they never get down and dirty with any of the witnesses and treat them like they are on a boat full of sailors. But they have the ability to remain respectful at all times yet succeed in getting what they want out of each witness.

He doesn't have to get down in the gutter and ask the witness hypothetical filthy repulsive things that don't even exist.

He is much more vulgar and offensive than the sex tape between Travis and JA and he is liking every minute of it, imo."

I brought this over from last night because what you say here, OBE, is so very astute and critical to how he's going to proceed, starting today, I think. And I believe we're going to see just how vulgar and reprehensible this DT can be. They're going to take us to the depths of JA's depravity, and blame it on everyone else, except her, imo. She will not be denied her vengeance!

Hold fast, because this is going to be the mother of all storms, and we will be seething before long. jmho

Ive seen a pic of her, but I'm not going to repost it.
I have a feeling the court officer was asked to tell photog's not to take any during impact statement.
 
Didn't Steven's VIS have something in it last time about 'I never want to have to see her face again'? Remember b/c I took that as alluding to him wanting the DP, so wondering if he was asked to remove that part?

State always go first then defense, the in closing statement state first, defense then state gets last word. But I'm not sure where we're at now. I don't know if I can handle reading Jodi's lies for pity.
