Nurmi is trying to paint TA as this cruel Jekyl and Hyde monster. This dawg that 'pulled' chicks and abused them by ignoring them in public. But he also took them camping w/friends and out on Hot Air balloons. But he was cold and cruel and said to friends that he loved her, but he was so abusive. So abusive that a 12 yr old once noticed that he was angrier than she thought he should have been on the camping trip. YAWN.

I have to think that all of the men on the jury are UNDERWHELMED by this characterization of TA's 'faults.' So he had a steady gf but he took an ex camping with friends? wow. How common is that? Certainly nothing that deserves a shot in the head and a neck slashing.

And the women---I bet every one of them has had WORSE 'abuse' than what has been described as Travis's horrid behavior. He had a sexual relationship for months, but didn't want to commit to her and still loved his ex. And he had a temper. And he used her for sex whenever she willingly offered it up. AND? I am sure many of the women have had similar experiences if not much worse experiences with past loves.

How long is Nurmi going to dddrrraaagggggggg this out?

The frustrating part to this is it's immaterial whether Travis was a perfect guy or not. It doesn't matter that he possibly used Jodi for sex or whatever. Bottom line is the evidence proves her slaughter was not an act of self defense. She was evil when got him in the shower in a vulnerable position and endlessly stabbed him, then shot him. I can't believe how the defense is going on and on about stuff that doesn't matter. Can we get to sentencing this evil witch already? I feel so sorry for Travis' family and friends. I cannot believe how this murderer keeps getting center stage. Enough already.

The horrible interpretations of Dr. F. aside, Nurmi is presenting so much evidence today that contradicts their 'theory' of both Travis and Arias, that he has shot himself in the foot, and I think it might prove fatal. That's before the 'Juan and only' has a go.

Wonder if <modsnip> Nurmi will ask the sex expert to comment on the ME's testimony and the tech experts testimonies too. They are about as relevant to her "expertise" as the Freedman's testimony is.

Yes it does -- at least for the general population.

I still don't see how email is admissible evidence - how do you prove who actually wrote the email?????
The Killer is so afraid of her horrible abuser, that she drives 1000 miles uninvited to his house. Yep, she is really scared.

I'm having issues with this as well. Without the authors there to tell what their thinking and emotions are at the time of writing, plus when you have people who have known each other for a long time you can have a sort of short hand used when writing that others who don't know the parties can easily misinterpret.
