I think she means he seeks excitement and satisfaction by going against the rules. That would fit with the sexting (at work and with a minor) as well.

They moved here in June 2012.
LH had Cooper in August.
So yes he would have been, but.no I don't think that is RH. Head too small.

How much you want to bet that RH remembered the vanity light bulbs because he wanted them. 3 burnt out bulbs would have put a damper on his hobby of taking selfies in the bathroom, not to mention he needed to fix his hair. He needed those light bulbs pronto.
