I thought it best to delete my original post but I will answer your question-
substantiated info that it was Misty came from Flager county court documents.
She is not listed because of her minor status but her mother is-same name, same time frame, same charges he is in prison for.
So I base my opinion on those factors I listed.

The court records indicate Mistys name. I am not posting the link as mods have asked a couple times in the past that this not be discussed as Misty was a minor- this incident happened in 2005 and JM will be released in 2014.

I ordered the records and yes parts are sealed and parts are redacted but her name is mentioned in the documents I received. I do want to make it clear that the graphic details of the assault are not included, nor is Misty's testimony included in the documents I received.

You can read basic info online - and see the RSO on behalf of Misty that was issued against this gentlemen.

I don't believe this has a darn thing to do with Haleigh, and at this point I am going to honor mods request from the past that this not be discussed. Hope you understand.
ETA: I just checked online and the RSO does not list Misty name

The only relevance it could have is if they found out misty lied....and that is the point. Everything we know so far regarding Haleigh and misty's information appears to be a lie or confusion.

She was 14, he was 16. The way people portrayed it was that is was an older man...All I am suggesting is that I hope that this is ONE of the times in her life she was telling the truth.

It wasn't that long after this incident when she met RC...maybe two years.

It is good to find out what makes the POI's tick. If we can't do that, then it is a lost cause to get anywhere with the case. I just wish we had more info on the other one in this case.

Misty called 911 while the chase was still going on - Misty's 911 call came in before Charles call came in. I don't doubt he had the gun in the car and probably put it back in the safe when he got back to Sykes house. But LE has no way to prove it - CJ story doesnt make sense either when you listen to the 911 call and CJ isn't an upstanding citizen either IMO - LE can't just say well you said RC did this so we are gonna arrest him if they can't prove it there isn't much they can do about it.

Also IMO the CJ and RC issues go back to Sheffield days not really sure Misty has anything to do with their issues except maybe that was just the final straw type thing.

You are certainly correct about Reverand Wright being out of town. I had the following article filed and remembered it seemed to be a decision made by the associate Pastors. Whether they consulted with Reverand Wright or not I have no idea.

A family member told a television station in Jacksonville, Fla., that the two were going to marry at 4 p.m. Thursday at Dunn's Creek Baptist Church in San Mateao, but the church denies it. MyFOXOrlando.com reported.

"Pastor Terry Wright is out of town and the other full time pastors (David Dixon & Chad Perry) are not performing a wedding today," the church said in a statement. "Please retract any announcements you have made regarding the Cummings/Croslin wedding taking place at Dunns Creek Baptist Church."

What is going on here? It is my theory that misty is deeply involved with this crime...yes. Plus, I was the one who brought up the case in which misty testified against JM...

....my reasoning was because of her compulsion to lie...
....it is good to profile. I realize we will not get the answer if she lied but if it ever goes to appeal, we may find out if she did or not. That is where I was going with the statement.

....I also think TN, rc and sykes know exactly what happened to Haleigh.

Since you brought up the "rift" going back to Sheffield days, could you tell me, or give a link what happened back then? I've never heard this before.

We do not know what we have with misty. Gaining some insight into her would be very helpful.

Is she vindictive? Is she compliant? Is she docile? Generous?
Is she controlling? What has happened to her since the age of fourteen to sixteen ? This is all blank.

We do not know what the dynamics are with her and in relationships. She appeared to try very hard to say how family oriented she is. Was she told this or did she think of it on her own

Back to the incident:
I find a lot wrong with Ron and Misty's version of what happen. As for CJ, yes he to is not what we would call a perfect law abiding citizen so I question this odd coincidence that these three came to cross paths on that day.
It is said that Misty is an acquaintance of CJ.
CJ stated Ron has problems with him already, I wonder what problems they may be? Could those problems be the reason for this incident?
There is a lot of he said, she said and it will be hard for prosecutors to build there case IMO unfortunately. But if these two have a previous history then there is motive and that may be the key to LE finally penalizing Ron for any wrong doing.
CJ said:“I know how Putnam County works, he ain’t gonna go to jail…” This needs to be investigated. I too feel they need to have LE outside of PCSO, maybe FBI interview CJ about exactly happen that day and what he meant by this and what “evidence ” he has to support it. I agree about Ron's favoritism in that town, but thats JMO. Lets not forget the the burglary/assault charge and then after was the rat incident. What did PCSO do? Nothing?

The main concern is the fact Misty stated there were two children in the car and when LE asked her name she felt it was more important to not want to share her name and hang up, than to seek help for the so called children that were in the car. CJ claims he only saw Ronald and that could be very possible because it was dark outside and Misty could of been leaning over in the seat so that she could not be seen. Same for the so called children; which I pray there were no children in car.

If Ron did have a gun and was chasing CJ down maybe he had Misty and kids law low during the altercation. IMO Ron has more than one gun and why would he tell LE he had it on him? And if true that there were children in the car, where are the child endangerment charges? Why was this not listed in the police report? The only two that claim there were children in the car are Misty and I assume Ron. But, wait...again...in the police report there is no mention of children by the two.

Then we have Misty ready with CJ's tag number, and car information. We hear Ron in the background yelling out that the car belongs to CJ's girlfriend. So, these two knew allot about this car and person that was behind them. If CJ was behind them how were they so quick to know all the information especially since it was dark. The bright lights from the car would prevent someone from seeing clearly on a dark night I would think, especially if there were being chased down. I sure hope there are tire marks on that road and LE checked them out to see who was were.....

I strongly feel there may be more to this run in between the three and I will assume that Misty set this whole thing up some how. Maybe Misty was with CJ and Ron didn't like that and the feuding may of started earlier. I feel there is more reports that may not of been released. They passed a patrol car so I hope that who ever that LE was saw something.

As for why neither car had damage, well someone can try and run you off the road and that does not mean your car will get damaged if your a good driver.
As for CJ's he admitted to hitting Ron from the back when Ron slammed on his breaks, and no damage was seen in either car. That to is possible if it was a light tap or, sometimes when you slam on the breaks it feels as if you hit someone and it's just the vibration from the car from the sudden stop.

Something else that bothers me is the fact that LE did put the gun down in there report as, : Alleged Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon Without the Intent to Kill” I don't understand how they can claim Deadly Weapon Without the Intent to Kill. When you hear CJ clearly ask the 911 operator if Ron shot at him and he shot back would he go to jail. Of course the 911 operator could not give him legal advice but she was on the phone much longer with CJ than she was with Misty and you can clearly heard a truck/car advancing at a high rate of speed several times during that 911 call by CJ.
In fact the 911 operator was pretty much guiding CJ on what to do, he didn't hang up.....

On TJ Harts site it list Misty's call as being the first call. It could be the way the article was written and just stated that the first call listed was the one Misty made to 911 or the calls could of came in around the same time...within seconds of each other. We really don't know since we were not there.

Something else I am confused about.

So, at what point did LE go to GGM's house? I thought GGMS lived in a MH, not an apartment?

Someone made a map on one of the thread yesterday that showed some interesting details. There was no reason for Ron being on that Road where the incident happen. So, my question is this...WHY WAS RON ON THAT ROAD?
