Many comments / stories worth reviewing jmo.
(overloaded with stories on accidents, sex assaults, arrests, I have a gazillion windows open right now)

*see comments Dec 17-18 starting with KM up if possible---trying to post link to news feed where I'm seeing it, but unsuccessful ("sonic boom, Socastee bridge, power outage", etc...need to crosscheck timelines again.

Link to story out of Conway re: sexual assault on Dec 20:
http://www.wmbfnews.com/story/24289080/conway-police-arrest-man-in-connection-to-sexual-assault

Mapping out Conway to MB:

straight shot

*Conway is looking very interesting mapping-wise, and distance wise.

Seems to be more interesting stuff out of Conway, but I can't get anything to load bc my computer is freakin.

If there's any connection to Conway....Hwy 501, about half way point...Carolina Forest area....zooming...further north is Lake Busbee...
(C'mon, Heather, where are you?)

Everything is jmo and PURE SPECULATION

This deff reminds me of the brittanee Drexel case and both girls look very much alike 2

See comment by LGT on Dec 23 under Heather's picture---(looking for MSM on that)

Also at the same link, appears there was a fire recently:
"The structure, which is described as three mobile homes smashed together under two roofs, has been unoccupied since 2007, officials said."

Florence, SC is approx 60 miles straight up 501: http://goo.gl/maps/8FS49
(thinking out loud: Galivants Ferry would be half way up, then Marion...)

Do we have a thread for this young man, Zack Malinowski, missing out of Conway?
http://www.hazard-herald.com/news/news/2513172/Zack-Malinowski-still-missing

"A teenager originally from the Man area before moving with his mother to Conway, S.C., near Myrtle Beach has been missing since August 25, 2013."

I saw that but I believe they work together. And it could have been in jest!

FWIW, the person Heather says she is in a relationship with on FB, identifies her as "one of my best friends" on twitter. I think the "in a relationship" thing might be a joke?

From what I have found out from someone who knows the family, the FB post was in jest. The girl named is Heather's roommate.

She was out of town the night Heather disappeared.

...
originally in MSM Heather was reported to have been seen last at her parents' home picking up mail...

Then it was later reported she was last seen at 2:00 a.m at 541 Whitewater Drive, River Oaks Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC (per poster)...

Is the Whitewater Drive location her parents' address... Or is it another location?
...

SPECULATION: From my research, the White River Drive address is a set of condos. Guessing that is her own address - a condo. Possibly explains why she went by her parents' house Tuesday to retrieve mail.

I would like to trace all the potential routes out of Peach Tree Landing----where are there any surveillance cameras? What about any convenience stores nearby...

If possible, I intend to head down there this weekend...and take photos of the area, plus map all public buildings that might have surveillance cameras.

Now, I'm starting to wonder if the auto collision and shooting around Luttie Road on 12/17 (see Horry County Police FB page) might have some involvement. The area that was closed off (Manor Circle) is a pretty direct driving line between the White River Drive address and Peachtree Landing.

Nothing regarding Heather missing on House of Blues FB Page : (
https://www.facebook.com/HOBMyrtleBeach

Here are some map points:
http://goo.gl/maps/4zgEp
A) Last Seen
B) Tilted Kilt
C) House of Blues
D) Location of her Car found

You can probably remove the House of Blues. I sincerely doubt it is part of this equation. Whether Heather was actively working there or not has yet to be determined. However, she was working at the Tilted Kilt. She was also about to start a new job at a hair salon -- something she had wanted to do for some time, according to her father.

MOO, she was off Wednesday and Thursday. From MSM and a coworker quote, we know she was supposed to work Friday night (12/20), but didn't show or call in sick.

Yes. Celebrity Square, where the Tilted Kilt is located, is a VERY touristy area. Thousands of people meandering about there day & night.

I know the area where Heather works pretty well. I also know how many people from Myrtle Beach roll -- one way or the other. Most of them do not head down to Socastee. JMO, but *IF* this is a local abduction, it was by someone who lives in the Socastee area, not Myrtle Beach, Conway or surrounding areas.

The fact that LE is insistent that Heather is not in or near the water/river is somewhat suspect to me. Seems like they are playing a card far too often for some unknown reason. Or, it is the MSM and I am mistaken?

The Peachtree Landing neighbor who reported the car mentioned that it was pointed towards the water -- something they thought was suspect. Weird elements to this case and the very few details that are public -- ALMOST like LE is trying to draw someone out by putting certain info out while holding back other details.

How exactly do the timelines match up?

I'm local to the area. In fact, I live less than a mile from where she was last seen. I will answer any questions I can. The White River address is condos. What's interesting about them is a lot of them are owned by golf enthusiasts who only live in them seasonally. Also, the area she works in is very touristy but there are not a whole lot of tourists here right now.

Awesome Ashley, thank you!

Ashley---if you don't mind, what is the area near the water where her car was found known as? Is this a locals favorite hang out to party or a "lover's lane" spot? Do people hang there at night and socialize? Or is it a rarely frequented area at night?

It's a boat landing. That waterway does go out into the intracoastal waterway which does have access to the ocean and is pretty deep. That is not a hang out area, it's not a well-traveled road/area by any means.

ETA: I would even go so far as to say that non-locals probably wouldn't have knowledge of that area.

Thanks for that quick reply and info, Ashley.

To know that this spot (where her car was found near the water) is not a hang out location is a game-changer for me on what I suspect is going on.

This seems to be a place only locals know about. Locals who boat would know this location but tourists wouldn't really know about it, right?
