I have always thought that she might have been there. It should not have been released that she was and think that's why they changed the story.

In march Heather tweeted about visiting a bunch of hospitals including Conway. https://mobile.twitter.com/HeatherElvis. Then it's released that she visits one the day before she goes missing. Then it is said it wasn't her, but a distant cousin with the same exact name. See article. http://www.carolinalive.com. I personally felt she went to the hospital because she needed help and they provided her with a plan and she set in motion and left later that night.

I agree...cant say why I feel like she did,but explains maybe why she was upset.

Why does it say in the police report on the one we can discuss when her car was find administratively closed?

Have no idea but kept rereading the note trying to determine the meaning.
Does it mean nothing more then they located the owner of the vehicle?

And the case is separate? Because the case got underway when they couldn't find Heather but began with an abandoned vehicle report (of which we don't have the whole story about that either).

I thought because of the HIPPA law that they needed to backtrack and say it was another HE. My theory was that she was feeling dizzy and really not well...went in to see a doctor and found out she was pregnant...then texted MM to tell him. She decided to go on the date anyway. But ended up in drama with MM after the date...then something really bad happened to her. Things escalate really quick when pregnancy is involved as we have seen.

That's what I am thinking....but I didn't want a time out,lol

What critical information has LE actually released? Unless you call speaking to a news reporter "releasing information"!

The local news here has done nothing but restate what little info that LE has given them. Again, nothing investigative. Plus, they interpret it and disseminate the info as they choose and in their own way. Often construing fact or purposely leaving information out. Plus the fact that none of the news channels here have touched the facts from the police report, the accusations made on FHEFB page, or other non-MSM channels. I haven't heard one mention of OM. And, they're still HE was last seen at 2am.

IMO, this case was botched from day one. There, I said it. :/

One mistake I see is LE allowing TE to drive the car home. Wow, that could be a biggie, if this should ever go to trial.

As far as I know this has never been confirmed. One poster came on here and said that and they were not a VI.
I do not think LE or TE or any MSM has said how the car left the landing.
Or maybe I've missed something. If anyone can point me to a source, then I'm happy to admit I'm wrong.

Absolutely agree about that !!! Made no sense to me . However, at that time in my opinion, they had no idea that she would be missing. Still, it's a shame that it (the car being driven home) was handled in that manner .

That's interesting. I hope someone can fill us in on that. Because I was under the impression, and can't verify, that TE drove the car home.

Do we know for sure ,without a doubt that HE did not visit the emergency room the afternoon before her date? I know with HIPPA laws that information would not be given out.Did LE release an official statement saying this was another HE? And if so,has LE ever given info as such to throw people off?

I think LE knows for certain it wasn't her. I believe there may have been evidence in her car linking her to another location during the time she was reported to be in the hospital. I assume LE checked up on that info to verify it was her.

I remember reading something about this but if wherever I obtained this info is not MSM please mods delete.

I honestly can't remember where I read it right now, but I made note of it.

I doubt LE would say this was another Heather Elvis, if it was not, as that pretty much points to just one other person, I believe. I don't think it was the Heather who went missing. Also, JMO she would not need to confirm a possible pregnancy at a hospital.

I agree and wish one of our VIs would come here to clear up the few (or not so few) facts that aren't so clear.
I am going to go back and read the article that TE wrote that went into great detail maybe it's in there.

ETA: I went back and read the very detailed article TE wrote and it says nothing about how he got home or what happened to the car after he unlocked it for the officer. And I looked at the PR--the one released in MSM and it doesn't state there what happened to the car after the officer looked in it.

Don't assume a VI knows all insider info ..

I did read that early on in this case but I haven't been able to find where I read it yet.
