The most direct route from the TM/SM's house to the Peachtree boat landing is traced in red; it's 3.87 miles between the two locations.

Since Atalaya Place keeps popping up in the discussion, I marked it and measured the distance from there to PTL; it's nearly 11 miles between the two points.

The red markers are the locations of the Indecent Exposure charges.

Okay, I've been working on the timeline and will go ahead and post what I have at the moment. It still needs A LOT of work, but hopefully will help move the discussion along if we can use it as a reference.

Fair warning: this is a very rough and very incomplete first draft. All I've done so far is go through MSM articles to pin down known facts, then Heather's Twitter. Finally held my nose and jumped into TM's Disboards postings this evening, but she initiated 92 posts and I'm only a few pages in on one of them. That woman just... really tries my patience.

You folks who are so shocked at SM & TM's antics should saunter over to the Laura Ackerson murder case threads and learn what true depravity is.

Husband/wife murdered husband's former girlfriend aka babymomma of his 2 little sons over a custody dispute. Chopped Laura into pieces, loaded her into a bunch of coolers, hauled her (along with the 2 boys and their newborn baby girl) across country to TX where they poured acid over Laura's dismembered head and dumped Laura's remains in a swampy river across from wife's sister's property near Richmond, TX. He was convicted of Murder 1 last Sept & got LWOP and she was just convicted of 2nd degree murder and was given 13 - 16 yrs, minus time served.

I've been thinking it's possible TM planned the whole thing from the beginning. She posted the whole lovefest on SM and her FB pages. I can imagine she was incredibly angry at both of them, but put on a front as her plan evolved. TM being IMO a spoiled brat who always got her way, I wonder if SM wasn't set up, and TM never thought she would be implicated?

I tend to agree but then there are those darn IE charges. We need the times.

If there are pics of the escapades, I suspect they were directed and produced by SM and a helper. I can't help but feel that those lovey dovey profile pics, on FB, may have been done under direst...like with a gun to his back. I don't know why but that is the feeling I get... when I see those pictures.

Is it possible they disposed of Heather somewhere then possibly told (trying to stay within TOS) someone TM really really trusted and that person moved HE to a better spot? TM and SM would have to know they'd be watched as soon as Heather went missing but maybe this other person wasn't. Maybe this other person was a bit wiser than the two of them and that's why we can't find Heather.
The more I learn about the Ms the more I'm convinced we should have found Heather long before now. They are impulsive and reckless and not real bright.

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) &#8211; As investigators continue to find out what exactly happened to Heather Elvis, circumstances surrounding the arrests of Tammy and Sidney Moorer could have big implications on the South Carolina justice system.

The murder charges filed against the Moorers are uncommon, because in most cases remains of the victim are discovered before the warrants are signed. There's a Latin term lawyers use for this, Corpus Delicti, literally translated as "body of crime."

"Guilt has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt," says attorney Thomas Brittain. "That includes different types of evidence, though there's no particular type of evidence that has to be established."

Despite having not found Elvis, authorities are adamant they have uncovered enough evidence to prove she was murdered.

You guys must be forgetting that SM & TM have 3 kids, one of whom is only 8 yrs old. There is no way they went on some long road trip to dispose of remains, leaving their 3 kids behind to fend for themselves.

No, whatever they did was quick and they stayed within a local geographical area, unless only 1 of them went off on a roadtrip to dump the body. And LE would know that because they probably left their phones on and there would be tower pings.

I think LE said they were aware of the Ms whereabouts when they left town and had the cooperation of other agencies so I don't think they disposed of Heather on a road trip any time after the 19th.
I'm guessing LE had a gps on them or something? Tracked their phones? Not sure. It was in an article but it didn't state how they knew.

IMO after they killed her all they could think of was, s**t, we have to get rid of her as quick as we can and start an alibi.
