Found Safe SC - Myrtle Beach, Woman Poss Abducted/Ocean Bvd., 4 July '19

A witness on scene tells WMBF News he saw a woman being assaulted by several men, and then watched them force her into the backseat of a truck. He said he yelled at the men, asking them to put her down but he did not know if they had a gun.

Certainly looks like an ankle monitor. Shows how much of a deterrent those things are. What a joke. How much you want to bet the vast majority of those devices aren’t even monitored?

Looking at this woman's photos..

That's a large butterfly tattoo above her right hip, and lettering near her left hip. She appears underweight and very small, perhaps around 100 lbs and around 5 feet tall.
Those are hair extensions and it appears her natural hair color is brownish.

Is there any possible way this could be Margaret Holcomb missing since last year in nearby Conway, SC?
