Someone has likely already stated….. but IF a suicide component to this (and I am not contending that it is)…. then where is one or both of the weapons? Not a murder suicide, Paul was shot twice. How does that happen with a suicide
Buster was three hours away in another city
Lots of good articles that will catch you up on the specifics of the case
A good lawyer but I've never once heard defense attorney Reisch opine against the defense! JMObut do you think the Pros has proved their case so far?
Neither Reisch on CrimeTalk ( earlier today ) nor Tragos on LawyerYouKnow ( as of end Day 25th) don't think they have
The defense has not disputed the time of death
I would love to think the Murdaugh cfamily would be done with power but I think it will still have influence. They believe their lies etc. stick together and do what they want. Raised to be superior to others.
Absolutely, in my mind AM found PM to be an embarrassment to the Murdaugh name, and was affecting the family financially. He was fed up with all of PM’s bad behavior, and the boat crash was the last straw … life would be better off without him. I think AM saw MM as a liability also, she had become aware of the financial situation, was living at the beach house at Edisto most of the time, and I think their marriage was very shaky. AM was fed up with both PM and MM … I Believe the family dynamics, not only this generation, but earlier ones in the Murdaugh Dynasty, swept a lot under the rug to keep up appearances. Everything was coming crashing down around AM and I think AM’s rage had come to a head. This case is just the icing on the cake to a long history of a family who was corrupt, yet portrayed themselves as pillars of society. Understanding the psychology of dysfunctional families like this helps to see how it’s possible for AM to kill his wife and son.And I believe AM saw MM as one also
That’s why we need a whiteboard. It’s nearly impossible to remember point to point and the jury needs that. There is so much data that is crucial to understanding what took place.
