Seriously, what is going on here? It seems like Jim Griffin can't figure out if he's on the prosecution or the defense. He keeps highlighting points that make Alex look guilty, like the very short time frame between the kennel video and the murders.

I know! When Davis says ‘they drank beer together’ Ooops JG had to shut that off.

The state is going to completely shred this bundle of lies in their rebuttal.
The defense has nothing. Their only play now is to trash the investigation. Their “experts” have been exposed as pay-for-hire cronies, their portrayal of AM is a wonderful guy has been dynamited, and AM himself took the stand and and lied and lied….about lying!

Iirc he used to be a prosecutor, is he getting confused.?

If I was Ellick, I'd want my money back. JS

A fool and his money are soon parted. Maybe AM should have been his own attorney. Wonder if he is keeping track of the billable hours. He is so good at padding the bill.

Oh, I am enjoying retirement a bit too much today. Should probably get to work on my project and start watching the comedy show. I meant, trial.

The defense is doing what Alec has done his whole life: using people to promote Alec's self-interest.

Broils me that he's using Blanca and Jeanne's words to (attempt to) make a point.

Dirty pool.

wondered same thing…judge did say to her that she violated an order of the court by discussing the case…aren’t most violations of orders of the court punishable?

I feel bad for jurors though - all this time and not being allowed to talk about the case to anyone - that would be tough to do
I really wonder what the nature of the discussions were. Did the people she talked to know she was on the jury? It didn't sound like the judge was being too harsh almost the opposite.. weather intentional or unintentional.. still thanking her for her service on the jury. If one person emailed the judge, then the juror was questioned and she provided names to them of possible people then it sounds like maybe what she didn't she didn't think was wrong. They come in and the judge said they waffled in what they said happened. It makes me wonder if the defense was behind some ply trying to get jurors to talk even a little in some way. I know everything isn't their fault, but what if they were trying to get a read on the jury's thinking to this point and it back fired because the people she talked to told.

Sorry Jim but these clips of Maggie’s friends and employees saying that Alex adored her sound just like a Dateline episode about a murderin husband.
That’s what my common sense tells me.

I agree. There are many toxic and dysfunctional families that appear "loving" to the outside world. We can never know how they truly interacted behind closed doors.
