SC - Todd Kohlhepp, known and possible victims

DNA Solves

DNA Solves
As someone who used to live in both the upstate and Athens, GA... I think Athens should be cut from consideration. Everything honestly looks like he operated closer to home and Athens, because of how it is off the highway, is quite a distance from Spartanburg and mostly college-aged people.

I also think this is why people from Orangeburg, Myrtle Beach, Aiken, etc probably wouldn't be included on my list until we see who the unidentified are. While all of those are in-state, that's quite a distance to drive with a hostage/dead person and reeeeeallly easy to get pulled for even slightly speeding around Newberry on I-26. That was a notorious speed trap by highway patrol for YEARS and may still be, I don't drive there anymore.

I agree and that's why I did not include anyone from the coastal area of SC when I was searching. While it would not be hard for TK to drive to the coast or any neighboring state, I think there would have to be some compelling connection to TK-- like the person worked in a place he worked/lived/went to school OR like the missing person was traveling a meet someone they met on the internet when they disappeared and there were strange things on their Social Media after they left. I do have a few out of state people where that was their story--they left to meet someone in SC or they were planning to travel to SC. I hope the people they found deceased are easy to identify and have DNA in the system so it pops up right away as obvious who they are. Several families are about to get answers, I hope.

More remains? What else could it be?

The only other thing I could think of needing the excavator for is a underground bunker people on social media have been speculating about.

No reports so far of the corner being there. Sheriff Wright was there for a few mins earlier in the day. Not sure if he's back either.

General discussion thread is here: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?321034-Breaking-News-Latest-Developments

This thread is supposed to be for discussing his possible victims but we didn't have a general discussion/update thread until last night so people were posting everything new here.

So, question for everyone to get it back on topic, of the missing and cold cases discussed so far, which do you think are most likely? Which ones should go on Skibaboo's map?

Tracy Wright is already on the map.

What other cases do we need to take a close look at?

Thanks Gardener, a shortlist would be really great. I kinda need two pairs of hands and eyes to keep up

I think Toasha Nicole Rice/Nikki Green as she was known by some, may be a good one to consider for the map.

Im also curious who would be the top guesses if people had to guess which ones are most likely. Maybe the 3 most likely could somehow be highlighted.

Aremy Mendez can be removed, she's posted photos on her facebook as recently as like, a week ago. I don't think she's a victim and I guess her missing profile was never removed.

Hi all, first post here on websleuths but I have been following this case closely since CDC's facebook became active after he was reported missing.
I would like to add Camelia Perez-Hernandez and her boyfriend Luis Hernandez as potential TK victims. Even though they were reported missing from Richardson Texas, the timeline matches and the similarities to the KB / CDC case are strikingly similiar.
She worked for Keller Williams Realty and one of TK's facebook posts in August mentions throwing the body of a dead body of (Keller Williams) on a fire.
Reported missing 7/12/2016.
In her last post to Facebook on the evening of July 11, she posted that she was pregnant. “This confirmed, I'm going to be a mom!!!!!” she wrote. “Not what I expected or planned it, I still can't believe it.”
Rodriguez called his employer about week after Camelia's disappearance. It was a brief conversation that investigators traced to Mexico.
Can we trace TK to Texas and Mexico prior to the CDC / KB event?

If I am way off with this one forgive me, but things just seem way too similiar.

Their thread is here: http://www.websleuths.com/forums/sh...amp-Luis-Rodriguez-41-Richardson-11-July-2016

Interesting theory, but I'm struggling to come up with how/why they would end up meeting TK. Are there Real Estate Conventions that Realtors from Texas would mingle with Realtors from South Carolina? And if that were the case, people would know that she had traveled somewhere out of state recently for her job. I think you may have a point, however, with that gross comment he made there may be A Keller Williams Realtor who was a victim, but I'm not sold on it being Camelia and her boyfriend. On top of the geography issue there is the fact that the police have put out a warrant for her missing boyfriend's arrest for murder: http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2016/08/25/murder-warrant-issued-for-boyfriend-of-missing-richardson-woman/
LE doesn't typically do that unless there is some convincing evidence the missing person is dead. I think we should look for a KW agent or former KW agent missing from closer to the area of TK's known residences.

Are you sure that is her profile and her posting? She still has a missing poster with NCMEC: http://www.missingkids.com/poster/NCMC/1258842/1
They are normally pretty good about taking the poster down when the child is found, sometimes even before the media picks up the "found" story.

I've gone through Gardener's list and snipped the ones I think are less likely, since we're trying to narrow it down. I'm only focusing on females and cold cases, I just don't see a lot of male victims being held/taken.

I have bolded the cases that stand out the most to me.

Hey Forager

Good to see you and thank you! It's crazy right? I think people's interest in SK's is high. I did a similar map for (potential SK) James D Worley, it's approaching 150,000 hits, blows my mind!

Good Lord! What's your secret? Some of it has to be the case map's high quality (those property boundary features impressed me), its credibility (your info. source links), depth (eg. the link to Kadoober's time line), and its timeliness (that was a lot of map to pull together within what, hours of the news breaking?)

How do you have the sharing set on the map? Is it set to "ON- Public on the Web Anyone on the internet can find and access"? I've always wondered how many people out there find case maps by themselves, without ever being on the WS threads, when they are set to "Public".

I have it set to 'Anyone who has the link can view'

My secret idk lol I didn't know I had one. I'm just a geek, and I have a lot of time to spare. I like to play around with tech and basically teach myself. I have ZERO qualifications, because of severe illness as a child, I didn't even finish 'high school'

I'm so totally blown away by such wonderful praise. Thank you Forager, sincerely.

Back to the possibilities. I have had Toasha Nicole Rice on my radar since the beginning. I'll add her shortly

ETA: BBM - Added

I would consider Georgia anywhere off of 85. Athen itself may be a little too far off, but wouldn't put it past him to go a little out of the way to keep suspicions low.

One moreason thing, then I will shut up. But to the mods (since you are the only ones who may have a quick way of checking) or anyone else who is good at this: is there a way to see if any members ceased activity around TK's arrest? I am wondering if he hung out on his victim's boards to keep an eye out or worse, bask in his glory; our misery?

Skibaboo is a case map "master" ... here and in many other threads ... excellent quality work

Thanks granola. What are your thoughts on why you think Thomas "Red" Woody is a likely victim of TK?

I definitely would agree with Nikki Green as being a possible victim. I have doubts about
Erika Spencer, who was also pregnant. Wondering why there has been so little said about her homicide.
