Thanks for the link Redheadedgal. What I found interesting in Isabelle's article is the link to a Foxnews interview with Joe Tacopina.
The interviewer asks Tacopina this. "Don't you need probable cause to get a warrant to go in and search?" And Joe answered with a stumbling "No, I mean that's not probable cause, that's for an arrest. For a warrant, you just need, that's where the baby last known to be."
Either Joe was confused by the question, (seemed clear to me) or he needs to brush up on the Fourth Amendment.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
