Warrant: Second person arrested in Grinstead case destroyed her body
FITZGERALD, Ga. -- A second arrest has been made in connection to the disappearance with Tara Grinstead.
On Friday morning, authorities in Ben Hill County arrested Bo Dukes on charges of concealing a death, hindering the apprehension of a criminal and tampering with evidence, according to his arrest report.

The GBI secured warrants Thursday against Dukes, who surrendered Friday at the Ben Hill County jail. He was charged with concealing a death, hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence. Dukes waived his first appearance, posted $15,000 bond and was released from jail shortly at 12:30 p.m.

Classmate of Tara Grinsteads alleged killer is arrested
After an extensive search for the remains of Tara Grinstead on a south Georgia pecan farm, authorities have arrested and charged the landowners nephew.
Bo Dukes, whose uncle Randy Hudson owns Hudson Pecan Company, was arrested by the GBI just before 11 a.m. Friday. He waived his right to a first appearance, officials said.
