I think there is a huge difference between not having to give incriminating evidence
about your child which I CAN agree with.
And obstructing the entire investigation.

I agree with you 100%! I would really like to know why almost 10months down the road Cindy and George are still not working? How many people that have a missing child or death in the family go without working for so long? Especially the way our economy is. I didn't see them actively searching for Caylee while she was missing and I don't see them actively searching for her killer now that we all know she is dead. "IMO" it's because they have known all along what happen on the night of June 15th, but decided to create their own versions of events to throw LE off of the investigation to what really happen to Caylee. I just don't understand why they have not been charge yet. I don't mean to sound racist here, but if it was someone that was in the poverty level of society or minority they would of charged them in the blink of an eye. Even now that LE knows Caylee is no longer alive they still allow the Anthony's to go on these ridiculous media tours to taint the jury pool. I would be so enraged if I was LE working on a missing child/homicide case and the people that have some answers lied to me and led me on a wild goose chase were still out running their mouths telling mis-truths. You know, I can totally understand being worried that your daughter is going to spend the rest of her life in jail, or possibly receive the death penalty. But to intentionally sabotage an investigation into the death of their granddaughter is wrong! Charge Em!

Very practical summary, 'Tater. Didn't a talking head on NG or something a few months ago say that the reason the Anthony family lawyers were sort of making a huge deal about the possibility of obstruction charges is that they secretly wanted them to be charged because that way they could take the Fifth at the trial? That was the reason I always thought the SA has held off. I know I'm not alone in wishing they would be called to task because they have cost the taxpayers already by their actions and behavior (not to mention the message it sends to other families who might want to act like laws and rules just don't apply), but I can see where the state would not want to compound the cost by adding to it. I just hope the family doesn't get too cocky thinking that it might not happen; they have certainly been getting bolder in their revisionist tendencies and act like they do so with impunity.

Have you noticed a difference in GA and CA appearance, since they or at least one maybe involved in the civil suit? I cant imagine how they will appear if charged with a criminal suit.........

I have to complement the posted that said Caylee was deleted out of their lifes. Isnt it amazing that they are now making monies off her murder? How can someone live with that is beyond me! I dont think ANYONE in the A's family have a clue what love is...

HI, I said it and I also opened a thread long ago the CAYLEE has no representation. There is nothing they can do right anymore from my point of view. Even if they sat down and spilled the beans they offend all my sensibilities.

I hope they will be charged after or during the trial...for now I think it is best to let them make azzzes of themselvs.

The should be charged on so many different levels. They know something and perhaps know everything. If it wasnt their daughter who did this then why the he!! arent they screaming from the rooftops to find "the real killer". BBM: Not exposing the truth is in itself a lie of omission. Reading GA's words do not give him away necessarily; however, watching his expressions and eyes when he is talking......he's a liar - but not comfortable with it like CA and KC. I think it's killing him, but he's too weak or complicite to come clean. After KC's trial, charge 'em. Charge'em all.
