We do have an amazing group here. Some of my best times in my career were as a Student and a Grad when I worked in an Institution. Gawd we had a blast. I worked on a Behavioral Unit and when a student got all the "scut work" I loved it as it paired me with some really hot med students. I could write a book if I didn't fear being sued LOL. Nothing disrespectful or untoward of Patients but gawd we had sooooo much fun. And not the "Arias" type of fun:floorlaugh:

Darn it I want stories lol!

Many years ago I lived behind a 7/11 in Ohio. Eugene Gall's wife worked there and she was my friend. We had a "Friday Night Rapist" and people used to tell Eugene's wife that the sketch looked like her husband. We both laughed. Eugene was arrested for the rapes. He was convicted but served few years. By the time he got out I worked in Kettering while I went to school. Mr. Gall kidnapped and murdered a young girl from the area. He later went to Ky and murdered again. While in prison I guess he learned to get rid of his victims. But did he come from Middletown to Kettering looking for me, too?

GAH!

I have news on the dog abuse case. Animal Control came out and was only able to get one dog, it was running loose. There is a process and it takes time. The man who hit the dog is being charged with animal abuse. So hopefully he won't hit the dog, in the mean time. If I see him abuse the animals, I was told to call 911 because there is already a case out on him and he can be arrested on the spot. Once again I would like to thank my WS community for all their support.

Thanks for the update. As i read your post I'm looking at my 5 month old lab pup. She is soooo much work but I would lay down my life for her. I don't know how anyone could hit/hurt an animal. Thank You for looking out for the poor souls who cant defend themselves. Heartbreaking.

Notice how Nancy Grace avoids telling us the date when Elaina Steinfurth went missing. Because it happened 10 days ago when Nancy was busy with Arias and other non-urgent stories.

Thanks so much - hopefully he's on his way to jail soon. We're all behind you! :seeya:

I dont do facebook anymore. I'm still mad at it :stormingmad:

I'm with you.

I had a Facebook account for a few months years ago and just found the whole thing creepy. Like someone is standing in your yard looking in your living room because you have the curtains open.

I hope that doesn't make me a nut. I know a lot of people who love it and I'm happy they like it...it's just not for me.

Hiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!

My seester is okay, home now and resting comfortably. She was dehydrated so they gave her an IV and after a few hours, they sent her home.

Thanks for the prayers!!

Anything exciting going on today?

Been thinking of you today, I'm so happy and relieved to hear she's ok.

I'm not a facebook fan either. I only use it when we are doing our show. When I told my story about the dog being beaten, I got some very negative responses. Like well if it only happened once then you shouldn't report it. Another one said the dog probably deserved it. I had to get off before I lost it. That is when I told my WS friends about it and got nothing but positive feedback.

Hey All! ...Just finished reading Gone Girl... Anyone else? What did you think of it?

Also... PLEASE give me some recommended reading for the summer? You know what I like to read.... Creepy stuff like the rest of you weirdos! :)

Fiction or nonfiction? I'm into fiction now, Dean Koontz actually. It's not that creepy, just a little. I've always liked him, but he wrote much creepier stuff when he was younger.

Btw, is this really creepy? Nonfiction, I assume? I've never heard of it but am now going to check it out.

Any update on the baby?

I tried to thank you but my thank you button isn't working. I feel good about what I did. To know there is another safe dog tonight.

I am a foster mommy, no, I WAS a foster mommy for a rescue group, and then I fostered Violet. At first she constantly tried to kill my oldest dog, and then after that one was no longer an issue, she started on the youngest one. She growls she bites and she can be just plain mean! She bites people, hates kids and is just plain ornery. I was so worried that no one would ever adopt her... It was so obvious that she had been so mistreated wherever it was that she grew up. Sigh. It was a long hard road to rehab her, since every time I tried to stop her bad behaviors, she would cower and roll onto her back and whimper. (But then go back to doing the bad thing, lol)
Anyhow, Violet has come a long way since then. And her forever Mommy would not trade her in for anything. She is so loved and pampered, and her Mommy LOVES her ornery-ness. And Violet does try, very, very hard, now, to be a good girl for her Mommy.
So, I want to thank you, for Violet, and her Mom (me, :blushing: ) because all doggies deserve a loving home that will teach them right from wrong, and love them for who they are, even when they are bad. And most of all, to take care of them and protect them. I am so thankful you persisted and got Animal Control to listen. Some humans are just not fit to own a dog. Thank you.

Shouldn't report it? Doggie deserved it?!

What is wrong with people? :banghead:
