It is truly frightening to think that there are people who can excuse away the brutal slaughtering of a man. JA is a lot of things but stupid is not one of them. I can think of a lot of words for the foreman as well but I'd best keep my mouth quiet. :stormingmad:

#jodiarias is walked back through court to her holding cell...she is shackled, handcuffed and in jail stripes. Jail SWAT guarding her.

Yeah Rose, you don't want a time out. But sure would be fun.
But then again, he would say we were threatening or persecuting him for doing his job. I have news for him. I wouldn't even want to have a discussion with him. I would rather talk to people who use their brain and have a heart. It's okay to say you are against the DP for conscience sake but to say she was abused, or that she was young and stupid...who does that???

I think the crisis point results from the combination of tactics & stubbornness we've seen from the defense team & C.M. The public statement censuring AZ for the effort to put a mentally ill woman to death, the absurd delay requested, Willmott's unavailability for July 18, the extravagant motion filed June 12 plus the many moves that go on out of our sight and hearing. As for the defense resistance to reasonable accommodation and to any flexibility, on July 8 Saturn does turn direct and that provides an improvement in their attitude. You may remember that retrograde Saturn and Pluto showed a refusal to take advantage of the room to move or latitude available and that this was coming from the defense. Strange that this shift occurs the day before C.M.'s birthday.
