Don't care for the plain ones, but the Salt and Vinegar and the Barbecue are good. One of the few low carb snacks as long as your not on low fat or low sodium as well. Have to say, when I do low carb, I have to have more fat for it to be tolerable and not feel like I'm starving myself. I personally can only endure so much self deprivation, lol.

JM stated that JA burgled her grandparents and stole her grandfather's gun.

He said that she was a burglar and that she was guilty of that burglary.

[Of course common sense tells us all that she did do that, but the State did not meet the burden of proof required to aver, unqualified, without a doubt, that JA committed that burglary which was reported in another state, county and legal jurisdiction.]

I still say there was a deal.

Maybe pedophilia for burglary -- yes, speculation on my part.

I believe what he said essentially to the jury was you can either believe she used her grandfather's gun which was stolen in a burglary to kill Travis (being there unlawfully which would qualify as burglary) or that she took Travis' gun and used it to kill him and then left with it (burglary). Either way she is guilty of burglary once she decided to kill him she was no longer a welcomed guest. It is up to the jury to come to their own conclusion as to where Jodi got the gun. The state did meet their burden either way the jury members chose to believe how Jodi came into possession of the gun.

JM never accused Jodi of a burglary in CA, he was talking about Jodi being an unwelcomed guest in his home once she tried to kill him.

BBM, seems Miss Patti has some 'splaining to do..DT misspelled her name and evidently she's got some "chemical" issues on record with her local LE. Now, why she wouldn't want her face shown on the stand is pretty silly since she's been all over the media. And, no doubt, JM will cross her on her cough*heroin*cough "issues" and the jury will disregard her statement. No definite answer to whether she takes the stand or not.

She wants to testify for future interviews. IMO. Helps pay for the heroin.
I had a heroin client, trying to sue a Corp. It was just his (one of many) heroin business plans.

I don't believe Juan would ever agree to any deal allowing the Pedophilia in. Jodie was never charged with the gun theft as it was never proven. I believe it was allowed in since it was days before the murder and was of the same caliber. Jurors could accept or dismiss the information. The only way the Pedo lies were allowed in was because it came from Jodie. She had to take the stand for those ugly lies to come out.

Juan should ask D Brewer if he's aware of any pictures Jodi had of his private parts? If he said no, I'd ask him if he'd like to see some? Then I'd bring out those huge xxxx pictures and ask him if those pictures aren't in fact his body parts? I'd point out that his hands and nails appear to be the ones in the pictures. He probably didn't want to show his face the last time he was on the stand because he was afraid this would be brought up. He figures it's safe now that it's just an impact statement. I know this can't happen since the pictures were never brought into evidence, and I doubt Juan could do it even if they were in evidence. I just think it would be funny if he could.

Sitting on hands has a whole new meaning now doesn't it. we would have never figured it out if it wasn't for him not wanting to show his face on television. and therefore we got to see his hands all the time.

A deal whereby the DT did not object to their client being characterized as a burglar and being declared guilty of a crime for which she was never charged on the one side.

On the other side, perhaps Siskiyou County agreed not to prosecute the lying torture-murderess for the burglary, and/or JM agreed to allow the recorded call and the pedophile crap to meet the evidentiary admissibility 'test'.

Hmmmm. Not sure I can wrap my head around Juan agreeing to such a deal. IIRC, the idea that she stole the gun was presented in a "circumstantial" manner during the trial. Even in closing, he used the "footprints in the sand" analogy. Given that, I can't see him making a deal allowing him to call her an outright burglar, during this phase, in return for the pedo allegations that were made over, and over, and over, did i say over again? and these alligations were made not only by JA, but also by LaViolette.

Doesn't seem worth it to me....IMO of course

I think she actually likes it. She seems to be drinking at the emotional well of others. The more intense the emotion, the better she likes it.

I agree with your assessment.

I believe that JA is incapable of feeling genuine emotion or empathy. I think she's an emotional vampire and is only able to draw off the energy & emotions of others.

Remember the July 15, 2008 interrogation video when Det. Flores told her that she wasn't acting the way someone in her circumstances should be acting, and she asked him (paraphrasing) how she should act, and if she should cry? She was hoping he'd instruct her how to respond & behave. Of course, Det. Flores is an expert investigator and didn't give her the tiniest crumb.

Yesterday in court, as Stephen and Samantha read their victim impact statements, JA fed off their emotions like a vampire feeds off blood.

I think many of us have known or encountered emotional vampires during our lives. We feel drained after being around them, because they give nothing. They only take.

This is Jodi Arias - emotional vampire to the extreme. The *emotion* on her face yesterday, her *tears*, were not HER emotions, were not HER tears. They were the emotions & tears of Stephen and Samantha, of Travis Alexander's other family members & friends, and of others in the courtroom who ARE capable of experiencing genuine emotion & empathy.

Emotional vampire Jodi Arias merely leeched off others, in an effort to appear human (as I believe she has done her entire manipulative life). I think she actually reveled in it, and I think she may have thought "So this is what sorrow looks and feels like" - without ever truly experiencing genuine sorrow. At times, as I watched her, I thought she may have even felt euphoric.

I think that Womack is out, given the rap sheet. Yes, both DB and PW would be subject to cross. They are mitigation witnesses.

The convicted murderer will not be, as she is just making a statement to the jury.

This is a death qualified jury. They've all been interviewed extensively if they could sentence a woman to death.

Arias has no real mitigators. They're already loudly unanimous in the DP box. To jump back out of that box to LWOP there would have to be serious mitigation to pull them out. Her own family isn't trying to save her life.

They are going to stay right where they've landed as one- Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes for the DP.

KCL, this is what stands out to me too . . . no family members coming forward, not her mother or her father, not a sister or a brother, not her grandmother, not her aunt - nobody! This really speaks very loudly to me.
