Willmott failed to get Horn to agree that the trajectory of the bullet makes it unlikely that Alexander was laying on the ground when he was shot.

Juror Questioned A Reporter
Legal analyst Beth Karas just told the judge she was approached by juror number 9 during the last break. She said the juror was not wearing her bag and approached her, asking her is she was Nancy Grace. Casarez said she told the juror no and said only that she used to work with Grace.
