Bernina, I hope Juan Martinez plays that interview in court. She is so shameless that it defies belief. Arias is astonishing because of her ability to write a fresh lie, even when the old one is still visible underneath. She appears to be the only one not cringing with embarrassment at her brazen stupidity.

Spent some time today reading about Travis from the memorial site webpage. I am new here at Websluths but not new to the trials..
Made me wonder how many things the judge ruled against being allowed as too prejudicial. I hope the jurors sitting now take the time to read about the 'real' Travis Alexander..

They won't be able to do that until after the verdict.
The first jury is probably flabbergasted (well, 4 of them, at least) with the entry of the letter CMJA sent to TA's grandmother and family on his birthday. They're also seeing to what depths she will go to smear TA's character. If Witness #1 (Marc McGee) had pulled this affidavit in the first trial (causing Deanna and V. Parks to take the stand to discredit his nonsense) I wonder if it would have been 12-0 for DP?

The Judge has ruled far more in favor of the defense, which has been a double edged sword. More things the appeals lawyers CAN'T use for appeal.

Yep, As the World Turns and All My Children are in General Hospital........lol!
I got strung out on soaps during my first pregnancy, old Luke and Laura, and "Santa Barbara" with A. Martinez. That was probably the most sedate I've ever been in my life!!!! Pork skins, RC cola, and chocolate mint ice cream. And I STILL got out to jog 4 miles 3x a week until the last 3 months, and mowed the lawn every Saturday. What was I thinking?!?!?!?! You know, watching the soaps part!:laughing:

If Matt shows up, it's NOT going to be favorable for CMJA. JM has his previous Grand Jury testimony and told him point blank he'd nail him for perjury. Whether it was the magazines or whatever, JM has something solid on him.

Reading through the "freebies" with "Kindle Unlimited", it didn't really sink in that CMJA DID confess during cross by JM that her finger got messed up during the murder. So now we have how many stories about that busted up ol' finger of hers? 5? Kicked on 2 different occasions, that damn cat, Margaritaville *snort*, and the murder.

I wish we had a date for that little "tantrum" of his. Don't see anything written by Marc about the Bishop's testimony, what's THAT all about? If he's going to take a swipe at Deanna, why stop there? Between the 2, they read Marc's beads to the jury and beyond.
I don't think any self respecting Mormon will ever give his words any credence, you don't use the "b" word if you're a faithful Mormon. Wash that boy's mouth out with soap!!!!

Hi Truth, I saw a program "Lockup" which showed "Tent City". The narrator said only mild prisoners are in T.C. no murderers, hardened criminals. Very interesting program. :happydance:

Ten city is for "sentenced inmates" with 2 or less years for their sentence. Inmates with penalties of more than 2 years go to a State prison to do their time. Non-felony and/or non-violent convictions. A lot of them are in for drugs (possession/personal use: Meth, 1st offense is automatic State pen time) and DUI's.

When I was REALLY little, my dad had Valley Fever, and got bit by a black widow (his Dr. got him out of the draft for VN). He'd sit in his bathrobe and watch "Dark Shadows", Merv Griffin" and another daytime talk show guy (Mike Douglas?). He'd let us watch "Romper Room", one of our family's friends hosted it so we'd get to hear our names mentioned when she'd use the magic mirror. That was pretty cool for me and my brother. "Romper stomper bomper boo.........."
