I do think that the defense team and all associated will use anything to try and get it to 'stick' and cause a delay or mistrial. Just like the felon 'smiles' at someone on the jury and/or makes eye contact/smiles/stares at those in the court room tweeting. She can try and claim 'something' if anyone of them smiled/stared back!!! JMO
