I agree that she was holding a weapon on him...let him SEE it right before she started stabbing...

I'm SO GLAD we're all here chatting and listening to good tunes and enjoying hanging out and whoserdoodle is in a tiny cell with no attention.

Yeah, and her whoserwhatsis is lonely too.

How am I suppose to get any work done today?
I keep having to get on here to see how beautimous all my
Awesome friends are!!!
Everyone is ao attractive !!!!

Look at you! Wow!

Go Cubbies...w00t! mr. dood and I recently upgraded our satellite dish so we could get WGN; we hadn't seen a Cubs game since last summer. :( Was bummed when I finally was able to catch a game and ...no Bob Brenly! Geez, I loved Len and Bob's commentary. Guess he's with the Diamondbacks now. Ah well.

Cubs fans are the greatest! Win or lose, they love the Cubs :) Plus "Take me out to the Ballgame," and the "Go Cubs Go" serenade when they actually win a game...last night mr. dood and I got up and shook our geriatric butts to the song. :D

Wow, good for you, Linda!

I thought about posting a photograph of Britney Spears! And to see how long it would take for somebody to figure it out. ;)

LOL !!! I was thinking of posting a pic of Giselle B. for mine!!!

Seems like some kind of out of place noise could be responsible for that surprised look.

Since the first two photos and the last two photos have correct lighting I think he knew she was there the whole time, esp. the second pic, his back is to the shower door, not the shower head where the water is coming from.

Plus, no soap or shampoo or any other aspect of showering except for him being inside the shower with the water on.

I hope Melendez' team or another set of experts go over all of the pictures if we're to have a retrial (and it would be that, since so much aggravation and mitigation is in the guilt phase), but I think with another good study of them they could glean much more info and really lay many sequence of events questions to rest.

He also knew she was there because of the angle of some shots. One of his back was shot from above, unless JA is 7 ft, he had to be kneeing. Posing.

Me too - bored and ready.

GOOD JOB with your weight loss!!! I lost too, down to 115, and I'm so excited!! Doesn't that feel good?? You can do it!!

I'm feeling in a funk today and when I feel like this, all I want to do is sit here and eat chips and drink Diet Pepsi. Mixed with vodka, but I can't do that at work, so DP alone must do. :D

I've been away awhile but felt I had to stop by to vent. A friend of mine's murderer was convicted yesterday--2nd degree. I am elated but at the same time worried that the sentencing won't be harsh enough. Jury recommended 7 years, but the judge gives the final sentencing in two months. Seven years doesn't seem like enough. I know the judge has to weigh the aggravating factors vs. the mitigating ones, but does anyone know the typical sentence for 2nd degree? This was a fight in a parking lot that got out of hand. My friend stepped in between two people who were arguing and was deliberately stabbed in the chest; died instantly.

Thanks for the compliments. My picture was taken on my boat after a boating weekend trip. The hat saved me from severe sunburn.

I just absolutely 157% believe he knew she was taking those pictures. No one hangs in the shower like that, all posed and whatnot. Or maybe they do but that would seem a tad odd to me.

Wow, really sorry to hear that.

Oh NO! Seven years for that is a travesty IMO...

I don't know what the sentence for 2nd degree usually is though, but seven years does not sound nearly long enough given your description of the murder.
