Because I was in a Christmas coma yesterday and spent it napping first on one of the end of the couch and then the other....I somehow missed the entire news about Vinnie P doing an interview with JA. I've looked online but don't see a video. Does anybody know if one exists? And is this a two part thing?

It's supposed to be a 2 part interview. I'm hoping they rerun the heck out of it. This week is generally a slow news week for networks like HLN/CNN...they're usually doing their retrospects...so maybe they will show it a lot.

I'm not sure either 'cause yesterday JA was on and I assumed there were 2 parts to the interview.

I am. I for one wish they would stop showing her face. By now everyone knows what happened.I hope people dont start sending money because of the refresher. Except for the Peterson case I've not been so involved in a trial since Dr. Sheppard. To this day no one can convince me he did it. I was due for my baby so followed it close. They didnt have what they have now of course (forensics)..There were so many things. One that threw me was a piece of tooth found in the murder room that belonged to no one in the house, plus a member of the Community rushing of to a Dentist a day or so after. There was more. The Doctors life was ruined.He is now buried next to Marilyn at Knollwood cemetery. Their son tried and tried finally one court said he didnt do it but it was too late. Marilyn was 4 months pregnant with a baby boy. I wish they could have done DNA on the baby, didnt exist at that time.

Wow - I've just been watching the Vinnie interview with Jeff Ashton and it was so painful to watch because many parts of the trial were dispersed through the interview. It isn't over yet but I am turning it off - it is just way too painful to relive anymore.

I know it's over and done with but I will never accept it. Never!

Wow - I've just been watching the Vinnie interview with Jeff Ashton and it was so painful to watch because many parts of the trial were dispersed through the interview. It isn't over yet but I am turning it off - it is just way too painful to relive anymore.

I know it's over and done with but I will never accept it. Never!

But it is heartwarming the way that JA is criticizing the jury. He makes some very cutting and critical points.

Like how Caylee was thrown away in the trash by her mom, then lost in the hearts of the jurors.

Yes, he did very well with that and the female Disney Land juror sounded even more ridiculous six months down the line than she did the first time.:banghead:

But the good thing about it is I want this miscarriage of justice out there again and I want people to remember that OCA killed her child and I never want her to be able to fade into everybody and have a normal life.

There are only a very few animals in the kingdom willing to sacrifice their own child in order to divert focus to themselves or for their own benefit.
Up until OCA, I hadn't realized humans were one of them.
Seemingly the jury NEVER woke up to it.

I don't think you have anything to worry about and based on the latest actions of the defense team, I think reality is setting in.

Saw some of the interview and was amazed when the juror said there really was no evidence of a crime.Even yelled at my DH,how can she say that!Caylee was in garbage bags,laundry bag and duct taped!Got my blood boiling!

But I've missed posting with you guys so much! I still feel such a kinship with everyone here.

I don't think you have anything to worry about and based on the latest actions of the defense team, I think reality is setting in.

I think we can take consolation in JA's attitude to it all. He's more or less shrugged off the contempt accusation, continues to fight for the justice he knows was lost and is unapologetic in his assertions.
It's only been six short months since the verdict but a sense of the coming of karma (for those who call it that) is beginning to permeate the scene.
OCA may have been secreted away from all that's happening .... but one day she'll be forced to show her face again, and it's not gonna be pretty.
IMO the DT can throw all the mud they like. The only one it'll end up sticking to is their client - the person the world knows killed her own child - Casey Anthony.
Luck doesn't come knocking at the door every day.

If that's the case that is a mean and vile thing to do knowing the motion won't stick. Why is CM so angry all the time?

I think about now - nearly six months later - we're going to be seeing a "snatched" photo or two of FCA. They've tried everything else to drum up interest and that didn't work so it's time in my mind.
