Very interesting. I read some other entries, and she comes off as knowledgable and intelligent. I hope what she eventually says does come true! And I'm getting impatient. It's tomorrow! Give us the news, LOL!

ETA: It has been disturbingly quiet. I bet she might be in some trouble probation wise because of money - what she said in the released video versus what she has said in her probation reports. It would explain the silence, and Mason coming out and saying that no one with authority was making deals for Casey, and that no deals would happen until after her probation. Both DS and Baez fled like rats fleeing a sinking ship. I had wondered if there was going to be some kind of six month probation review. I'm guessing it has the DT worried, very worried.

I also wonder if it accounts for her parents being so quiet as well. They only released one small statement through their lawyer so far, and that's extremely quiet for them. If they've been giving her money from their foundation, I would think that put them into trouble since that money is supposed to be for charity, not Casey. This is getting so very interesting and the silence is driving me crazy!

I keep thinking that FKC murdered Caylee because nothing else makes sense. If the ridiculous opening statement been true, GA would have "confessed" after Caylee had decomposed to the point that a cause of death could not be determined and they probably both would have done a few years for mistreating a corpse. I can't imagine a man letting his daughter face the death penalty for an accident that he knew about. Even if GA had killed Caylee after molesting her (didn't happen, I don't believe it for a second) he still could have made up the drowning story after the 31 days.

If someone else were involved, I think FKC would have begged for immunity then pinned it on the other person.

If it were an accident that nobody else knew about, I still think she could have said, "I was skeeeeered!!! Nobody cared about meeeeeeeee!!! She drowneded!!!!!!!!!!" and might have done some time but wouldn't have faced the DP, I don't think.

If a stranger had killed Caylee, then FKC wouldn't have made up all of the Zanny nonsense.

BTW, has anyone ever read/heard the first 2 lines of Steve Camp's song, "Run to the Battle"? :innocent:

I don't want to go to time out so I won't quote them

:innocent:

BBM

That's exactly right. So far she claims she's not at fault for anything. She's either 'not aware', 'didn't know', 'didn't do it', 'was having a seizure', the nanny, Cindy, George, etc., did it, not her. She didn't 'lie' in court, Baez did, she can claim she had no idea he was going to get up there and tell the story he did.

One of these days....something is going to stick that she won't be able shake off. And on that day, I for one will be singing to the heavens :great:

I just hope it's not the other way - that her PO meeting is coming up and she gets off for "good behavior"..

Bite your tongue, Watcher! No, no, no! We are waiting for the oppposite! I'm waiting on her next spree where she has remembered someone's credit card number. Lol! One can hope!

I don't know if this is a tweet or a blog and we're not supposed to discuss it, but I hope it would be true, whatever it will be. It was posted at 5:30 pm yesterday but nothing has hit the airwaves yet.

I am also waiting for the karma to come in and hope it will be her downfall - all the way down to H***.

Her next meeting with the PO is coming up. I have it in my head that it can be anytime the week before or the week after the first, but I could be wrong. Who knows what she will fill out on her form? I can't believe the secret is this unless it has already been filled out and this person got a glance.

Remember FCA said something about February on her video she released.

From your link, above:

"Notes From an Insider is a blog about all things Prison, Criminal Justice and Re Entry. On the blog I share my opinions about legal situations, events and conditions. I also talk about prison consulting and how to raise awareness of the issues that plague our criminal justice system. I do this as a true prison insider after serving 16 months in a Federal Prison. I also share stories that will help other people working their way through the system."

'Nuff said.......

Doesn't she mean she worked for 16 months in a federal lock-up, not that she was an inmate?:waitasec:

Actually, she did serve some time in a Federal Lock up and Halfway House from 2007 to 2008. Now she works with other inmates preparing to either enter jail, or re-enter society.

"...serving 16 months in a Federal Prison." spells p-r-i-s-o-n-e-r to me.

But I was wr... wrrr... w..... mistaken once before.

Where I live people get off probation early, but not many. That is reserved for those probationers who go above and beyond...those who go out of their way and beyond the probation requirements to better themselves or to give back to their community. It happens rarely but when it does, the whole community is behind them all the way. To be released early requires more than the good behavior that is expected of all probationers.

I hope FL is the same.

And if FL is the same, that Casey is not a recipient of even more special treatment than she has already been awarded.

Sounds like she is in California so what would she know about Florida doings?

ETA - Tomorrow is today already!

Good question. How is she getting her "information?"

I always prepare myself for anything we hear to be no more than a rumor. That way, I do not have to be disappointed when "it" slithers away once again.

Even better then - experience plus a do-gooder! Thanks!

I have been corrected - but it was simply a "misquote"...:blushing: not as you say ...ww..wr...mistaken....:great:

Didn't she say it was a "federal" interest? Maybe she has "ins" to the "backchat"....hoping ...hoping...hoping it is real and not just another rumour...

So if we are thinking perhaps FCA has been "moved" after being outed - does this mean she gets a new probation officer? Hopefully a crabby one?

I believe that I read or heard somewhere that something like 86% of the country believes FCA got away with murder. That would be 8 out of every 10 people in the US who feel this way. That means that 8 out of every 10 people who work for WalMart think she did it. That means 8 out of every 10 people who work for State agencies think she did it. That means that 8 out of every 10 people who work for Federal agencies think she did it. That's a lot of people! Now, if just ONE of those people knows something that trips her up. . . .I think Karma is at work all over the world trying to make sure that a healthy dose is served up to FCA, one way or another. Just saying. MOO and all.

I so agree with you - I could never figure out why some WSers thought her probation officer might be pro-FCA - I mean what are the chances? I suspect whoever it is just despises her like the rest of us and is only following whatever probation rules set out for them as best as they can. I mean if some things are over looked for probationers, then they can hardly lean on FCA until they catch her doing something "juicy".

Just reading this, very interesting! I was going to link, perhaps not?

This quietness from the DT reminds me of a scene in the Serenity movie when the power of the ship was turned off and they floated past a Reaver (really bad monster people) ship. They all held their breath, hoping they weren't noticed by the Reavers. I feel like that is what is going on with the DT. Go quiet and hope nothing happens because of the released videos. I do think they're holding their breath too. Something is going on behind the scenes. I think the Feds just might the DT's Reavers.
