what are the names of those other 2/3 funds they had? does anyone know offhand? wonder if THEY are dissolved also??

Yep, I get a "grey screen" with the bare bones of the website and blue headings and a bunch of "colored boxes" meaning the images aren't showing up. This is in Google Chrome.

Did they do ONE THING with this Charity? I really want to know about this, and I wish I had donated $1.00 because I would make a huge spectacle wanting to know exactly WHAT THEY DID WITH MY DONATION!! Someone needs to do an expose on this, wasn't Jeff Weiner at the Orlando Sentinel looking into this at one time? I am almost more outraged at these money scams than the verdict!! well, almost :blushing:

Been trying to read 7/28/2011 Amendment.

I personally think (IMO) that the foundation has been paying "reasonable compensation" to the "directors" in the past months to empty the foundation so as not to pay any government agencies with whats left after "dissolution of the corporation".

Thanks so much, I couldn't find it. So... is this the Foundation that is able to received $$ from OTHER of their foundations per the ByLaws?? Was all of that $$ funneled over to this one, and distributed to the Officers for all of their HARD CHARITABLE WORK?? Unbelievable!! I agree, this all needs to be exposed, WHAT ARE THEY DOING as Foundation work in Florida or anywhere else, does anyone have any idea? have they done ANYTHING? I'm being serious here..... spoken at one school, helped one missing child, one grandparent???

You know after that Dr. Phil interview, some kind-hearted folks probably gave them a $5, $10 donation here, there, even if it is a few thousand, WHAT HAPPENED TO IT????

So that was the plan! Have a phony foundation for the idiots like Dr Phil to plunk money into and then after a 'respectful' amount of time has passed just do a VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION.

I swear to everything that is good the whole lot of these beings belong in prison.

I cannot get through my thick skull why these beings keep getting away with what are (IMO) crimes.

And FPS where does Caylee fit into all of this BS...She dosen't. She's dead and gone.

They sure picked a most [/I]opportune time.:maddening:. No need to help find missing children, their somewhat main objective, no effort to help with Grandparents rights. Flipping Scammers! You know, I'm getting beyond P'ed enough to do something about this and I don't even live in FL.! Class Action Lawsuit comes to mind. If fca's debt has been paid in part, then we will know and another investigation should be forthcoming. I'm sorry and I don't mean to anger anyone:truce:, but For crying out tears! I think someone really needs to get those books opened and NOW.

Dr. Phil specifically said he was donating $$ to the Anthony's Charity for their interview they did back in September, WHERE IS THAT MONEY? and he specifically meant THIS one of their many charities because he said he was waiting for it to get set up! WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT MONEY?? and you know a few other folks had to donate some $ via that website, I don't care if they only received $1,000 via that website, WHAT DID THEY DO WITH IT? :maddening:

and yes, sorry, but I am yelling, I am more outraged about this scam than the verdict, this is ALL of the Anthony's doings, at least we can blame the verdict on many many factors! :maddening:

I have taken all the Dr. P chit I can. It hurts the very core of my soul because as fact, for over 30+ years, my profession was primarily based at Paramount Studios. Now this news comes out and I'm beside myself all over again with discust and anger. Least I'm thankful I never had to cross paths with him:maddening:

Yes, I 10000% agree with you about being soooo flipping mad, not only about this fraudation, but the others as well. We must ask one of our great attorneys here about how, or why, what is the real reason why Foundations close up with-in a year of opening. I know there is a viable answer for this, but I'm so angry, I can't think of it right now. I think it does have something to do with accounting for the monies and distrubution.

I really wish I had donated $5.00 to that scam-of-a-charity, I would LITERALLY be on a plane to FL right now, go to Lippman's office, bang on his door, and ask WHAT was done with my money to further the goals and mission statement of that Charity? They HAD to have received a substantial sum, WHAT HAPPENED TO IT??? Didn't they take some time at the end of the interview TO PROMOTE THIS CHARITY/FUND???? I can't even believe what I am thinking of those people at the moment, if they funneled it to their daughter or her lawyers or her handlers and paid off any of her debts with it, my head might blow off.

Oh....My.....Gosh!! WHEN will this whole sorry saga end???? I need to go to a remote cabin in the mountains with no TV/Internet for the rest of this week........
