Okay, just to muddy the theory up more - my gut has always told me that cindy sent a note/map in the teddy bear to the 'psychics' so the story was both.

ITA NJ she did something. If you remember back it was these same psychics that told Ca & GA that it wasn't Caylee's body in the car, it was a strippers. They also said Caylee is alive as they asked for more money.
So if Caylee is alive & it was a stripper in the trunk how can Caylee be dead in the woods? They were frauds & there is no way no how that they knew where Caylee's body lay with their lying powers...

Some exeripts from the book:

The day I had a major breakthrough with Casey came in the early months of 2009.

“Let’s start from the moment you woke up,” I said. “What happened?” “On the 16th [of June] I had fallen asleep,” Casey began. “I dozed off, and when my father woke me up, he started yelling at me, ‘Where the hell is Caylee? Where the hell is Caylee?’

So he lets her sit in jail for over 2 more years, with out going to the prosecution with this and trying to make some type of deal? Why would an attorney even put this out there? He recently said, at the time he checked her story out and nothing could prove her as lying. I can't understand how anyone can 5 star him, unless being paid. I don't understand why any publisher would had even publish this book. I guess simple minds beleve as told instead of looking at legal documents & evidence. Sorry for the mini rant, need to take a time out from amazon.

Sometime between 9am and 1pm...
Wait, silly me, that the timeframe she dropped Caylee off at the Nanny's which just happened to be the time boyfriend Tony had a class or lab at FullSail.
Wait...then Baez said it happened in the afternoon..

well between 9 and 1 lets look...
9:00 am - 10:59 Casey on the computer on facebook and myspace looking up outfits etc for the shot girls
11:47 am-12:06 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
12:55 pm Casey exchanges texts with Tony

she has a couple of 45 min time with no chat.. but.. hmm.. not really enough time for what jose says..

Does Jose mention anything in the book about Cindy trying to talk Casey into having an abortion? I thought I remembered that being mentioned but not sure.

In between, Amy didn't notice anything wrong or different in the call?

Such BS. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Baez in the book actually uses her phone call as an excuse that she was not looking up the suffocation... let me find that part....

___There’s further concrete proof that George was on the computer, not Casey. We checked Casey’s phone records, and at the time these suicide-related searches were being made, Casey was on the phone talking with Amy Huizenga. When we interviewed Amy, she couldn’t recall anything special about the conversation. Would Casey have these morbid thoughts about killing herself at the same time she was talking on her phone with her friend? It didn’t make any sense.

but it makes sense to him.. that she had seen her daughter dead .. and has a convo that is .. nothing special....

OOOO and jose they were not suicide searchs...

I know - I was being facetious! (don't worry, my humor is an acquired taste and I think few have developed the palette for me yet so you are not alone!!LOL)

ok.. so here is what he said happend after being about side with ga after finding caylee drown.

Casey said she went inside the house and laid down on her bed. She said her father walked into her room and told her, “I’ll take care of her.” Those were words he had often said to her. “Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone. I’m taking care of it. Don’t say a word of this to anyone, especially your mother,” and he walked away. Casey said that after George went to work later in the afternoon, she remembered he called her on her cell phone and told her, “I took care of everything.”

I don't know how to high light, but did anyone else get a chill when you read...

:what:THOSE WERE WORDS HE OFTEN SAID TO HER - What else has she done?:what:
I still think they should dig that yard up.

Those customer photos on Amazon are hilarious, I laugh heartily each time I look at them. JB must have gnashed his teeth when he saw them.

@TorrisMom003 #1172: "...I can't understand how Casey could carry Caylee for nine months, go through labor and then hate her as much as she did. I remember reading somewhere that Cindy insisted that Casey have the baby, that there would be no question of abortion or adoption. But, sorry, I can't begin to find that information.

"The only explaination I can come up with is that she is just like Cindy. I'm not even sure that Casey killed Caylee to spite Cindy. I really don't think that is it. I think that Caylee stood in the way of what Casey wanted, so she had to go. I agree, but I do think there was also a strong element of IT getting back at $in-dy because she called IT out about stealing from the grandparents & expecting IT herself to actually take care of Caylee pretty much full time.

"I do believe that Cindy and George are both lucky that they have managed to stay alive all of those years while living with Casey. I do believe that Casey fully intended to kill all three of them and not just Caylee." ITA with you on this. I think that was behind the claim to Amy that IT would have the house for herself and Amy could then share ITs house.

:waitasec:
I thought her Nanny worked for Free? She didn't need the money because she came from a wealthy family
How many stories did OCA come up with about the Nanny and her background?
Oh ya...the Nanny also attended the University of Florida and her step-dad had bought her a car.
The Nanny was 1/2 Puerto Rican and 1/2 African American...I guess OCA did not want to be prejudicial towards just 1 race. (insert sarcasm)

Casey told Maria (Tony's room mate girlfriend) that she payed her nanny four hundred bucks a week, but she was worth it. Maria was the one that was concerned about Caylee being out on the balcony alone while Casey was in Tony's bedroom. I think she tied Caylee's shoes for her.

Good ole Jose is going to be on the morning radio show I listen to today. The host of the show thinks that Jose is a piece of $%&# and sometimes doesn't mince words with guests....so it will be interesting to see how it goes. :)

Sure!! Just as a warning....this show can be VERY raunchy at times. So if anyone is easily offended, I would suggest not listening to anything but the interview with Jose....lol. I can post when I know for sure that the Jose interview is coming up.
