It looks like the baez shills are now going after le for hiding and/or ignoring evidence. Excuse me, if there was anything that the defense feels was ignored why didn't they bring it in as evidence? Baez is trying to make it seem like there was a smoking gun pointing elsewhere but thee mean old police ignored it because they wanted to blame poor fca, the "young girl". Gag me.

the review right under the jack sparrow one.. ends with this..
*****I would not be a bit surprised to hear that this book will be used in Law schools one day...

that one floors me to the point that i cant even answer it lol

i have been re reading all the jail house letters.. Its almost more of a eye opener now then when they first came out...

a couple that really struck me.. (now i do know this is all coming from casey so the grain of salt gets factored in often)
but in reading what casey is telling robyn about her family and things jose is telling her.. about her family.. I really think Jose did his best to put more and more of a wedge between them all.. ... I mean I know they are odd as all heck to begin with.. but Its like he really made their relations more strained.. on purpose...
It really makes me wonder.... .. I will have to keep reading and thinking on this..
but i wonder if anyone had that feeling...

Jose really resented alot about the anthonys.... One when he heard the tapes and such that they didnt like him much... two.. He really resented that they didnt offer money to him for her defense.. He mentions that in the book...

I too believe Baez played a divide and conquer game with the Anthony family.
OCA was his client, and if he had to further damage the family and expose whatever weaknesses they had then it was game on.

The first one to speak out against Baez iirc was Lee, and then George.
Why shouldn't the family question Baez's competency etc..? He was an unknown, inexperienced rookie lawyer.

I think I'll have to respond to that one :floorlaugh: but what will it be used for ? - if they have a table with one leg shorter it could be used to prop it up!

Does anyone remember JB making a call to one of KC's cell mates?? This just came to mind and I can not remember if it was Robin or what was said. I remember the call was made sneakily. I believe it went through someone else before he answered. anyone remember something along these lines.

Yes, I remember that. Baez filed a motion in regards to that call..iirc saying it was attorney-client privilege...which it was not and Baez's motion was Denied.

If that happens we should really fear for our society.

Well all of Baez's schills who are reading here and adapting all their class act, used as a law book for students rubbish isn't helping him at all.

This is only the third week his book has been out on the market, and it bounces up and down. The bounce up is lower every time it happens - now at #460/#11 in hardcover and that is pathetic when you think about how much media coverage he has had.

Baez has laid a big stinky egg, and all of his smirking in front of a camera and trying to twist the evidence with his lies isn't fooling the general public. Everyone is still holding their noses and just will be glad when he is gone.

Baez has not acknowledged a major point. While he has used social media to his advantage in his defense, it is also social medial that will bring him down. While he uses it to see what everyone is saying, everyone else uses it to confirm he's lying by posting the actual facts and docs from the case.

Remember Baez???? Life is a two way street - always. And look - I see a bus coming your way. Driven by the millions of people who recognize your legal, writing skills and ethics for what they actually are.

I'm wondering if it is the traffic while we all check prices and reviews that is keeping the count up...:waitasec:

Ermm - would you buy a book that is rated 2.6 stars?:what:

While I think our 1 stars are helping keeping the book from selling - anyone who reads the "trial" part will see this book is carp - aside from being a hill of trash, it isn't even well written - there is nothing new about FCA or juicy bits - so I think the book itself is keeping itself down. The majority of folks aren't stupid and want value for their $$$

A stockbroker I know refers to this as the "dead cat bounce." We were talking about a stock that had totally tanked, when it showed this same kind of recovery before it finally went belly-up. He explained that if you throw a dead cat off a balcony it will bounce, too, hence the expression. Stockbrokers are weird.

Disclaimer: I am NOT advocating throwing dead cats off any balconies.

Oh good grief - I hate to say I like that expression...:blushing: especially when we are talking about that book.:floorlaugh:
Must originate from the same spot as not enough room to swing a cat (by it's tail in a circle):what:

I noticed that reviewer 'jack sparrow' is from the UK ... wonder why not post at amazon uk? If you look at his previous reviews there is one for hydroxy cut.. And says he is 5'5 and 105 lbs. Just thought it was funny they made up a reviewer and said he was from London..lol. Do they express their weight in lbs in london?

They should think of these things before making a fake reviewer...lol... Wow he is from london..must really know literature!

people weigh themselves in STONE here, and any pounds over the stone you say like 8 stone 3 pounds or 8.2 stone for a weight of 115 lbs. they wouldnt really say it in kilos. MAYBE in pounds but to be honest in 8 years I've never heard it.

additionally, I dont think the book is available on amazon UK? must I sully my google to check? LOLOL I wouldnt know as I would not buy it but maybe the kindle edition is....I am not the only person in the UK to follow this case so maybe it was for real :)

I use Amazon UK a lot and it says it is not yet released there.
All the US reviews are on the site though.

Yes....I want to do a one star......I did a five star for JA's book yesterday, since I had to get Imperfect Justice out (on my nook) and re read it just to feel somewhat better after reading the sample chapter of the "trash".

But I use my real name on Amazon and I wanted to set up a different one to post my one star. It would not let me do it, even with a different e mail address. It said the fake name had to make a purchase on Amazon in order to post a review. You don't have to buy that book, just anything. It would not even allow me to find a post helpful (or not). So, how do they DO that?

This removal of posts makes me think they are manipulating the sales, though the stars are based on the reviews, not sales. Did that make sense???

Not sure if this will quote properly - but you all have to hear this radio that Hisimage posted on the foreclosure thread!!

The Best Interview Yet!! Even for those like me who hate to hear his voice!

Really wish I remembered how to start a topic....
Thought some of you might want to listen to what I heard on the radio this morning.
Lawyer Domink interviews Jose Baez and gives him a what for....

The beginning of the audio is in reference to something else but hang in there. Jose Baez eventually hangs up the phone.

dominick brascia completely owns casey anthony lawyer jose baez on the armstrong and getty show clip - YouTube

My favorite part:
Baez: "Have you bought the book?"
Dominick: "I wouldn't spend a dime on it!"
