Just catching snippets here............so this is coming from Baez?

The man 1.) can't stand being out of the spotlight for even a minute...and
2.) Can't stand keeping a "secret" .Especially something that will put the spotlight back on him.
3.) is still trying to get his own reality show.

Hi Ms James! OMG can you imagine a JB reality show? Ay yi yi

:gasp: I was known as Mrs. Yuri in the basement chat during the trial. And 2goldfish was Mrs. Body farm. We claimed them first! :floorlaugh: In a couple of hours I'll do more pms to those listed if y'all cannot do due to work or on a nook like I am right now.

Remember that thead with all the gaffees and funnies as to quotes we had. For levity, can someone please take the time to bump and link that thread now please?

Jeez, I hope that this is not just the suffocation search.....:please:

Well you can PM me and tell me alllll about how it is to be Ms. Yuri.:great::great::great:

Can someone recap about foolproof suffocation, when was the foolproof part, the WS'ers proving Casey did the search, and George blamed for searching? I remember suffocation bring one of the terms searched but remember Cindy trying to take the blame.

I can whip up whatever you want! But, this is for starters! Enjoy!

I agree...no smile/smirk...yet I don't see a "shaken Baez" either...

..:floorlaugh: ...Maybe they didn't film until he'd finished breathing into his brown paper bag...

heavy sigh. where's the rest of the roll of duct tape? what happened to it after the posters were hung during the searches? god how I wish information on that would turn up.

 Bad Junkie here thought you wanted the rest of it to use in a biblical way. (Do unto others.....)

Well FWIW, I think that wrapping duct tape over the nose and mouth of a toddler is "foolproof suffocation".

Casey Anthony: Prosecutor says 'foolproof suffocation' search prompted WKMG report

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed in an email to the Orlando Sentinel that someone used the Anthony family computer to search for "foolproof suffocation" on June 16, 2008, the day Casey Anthony's father said she left the family's home with Caylee for the last time.

Burdick wrote that the Orange County Sheriff's Office has confirmed "there was a computer search on 'foolproof suffocation' on 6-16-08 that they did not find." Burdick stressed that this information "is not 'new,'" as it was already published in Baez's book months ago.

However, she confirmed that she "did not know about it before or during trial."

I hope there is more info to come!

Could this be a ploy to impact the civil case? AZ, you still here?

Timing wise, suspicious.... but trusting in Beach!

No, it isn't a ploy to impact the civil case.

AND the cell phone pings. Seriously you're right all that should have been presented. Although I doubt that jury could understand it.

I agree JB does not look shaken in that clip. If anything he's full of sour grapes over JA winning SA and wants to say nanny nanny boo boo.

There was nothing really useful in the cell phone pings, though. They did indicate that she (or her phone at least) was somewhere NEAR the house after the time that George said she had left, but not that she was AT the house. I don't think the jury would have cared much about that. She could have been parked at the school crying her eyes out about George drowning her child, for all they knew....

Are you kidding me? I know we were laughing at 205K yesterday - I have to see this with my own eyes!! His steel sheds must have been hit by the repo man!!:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:
I just checked with Amazon and it's riding at about 65K - where did you see this??

That was exactly what it was when I grabbed it about an hour ago.. now its at 63K... so maybe someone is Christmas shopping....

This would be one list I would not like to be on...

eta: removed Amazon link.. in no way do I want to promote that....

I am really starting to think that ( as others have called it) this is a ploy to sell books.

So the way I am seeing this, so far, is that there was evidence that would have convicted Casey, Baez knew about it and the SA missed the boat on it.

Why isnt this going to blow up in the SA's face then?

Presumed Guilty: Casey Anthony: The Inside Story: Jose Baez, Peter Golenbock: 9781937856380: Amazon.com: Books

I'll check novelrank and see what's up! :what: Well nothing much one book yesterday - two today - the amazing total of 43 this months so far.....what ever was prompting that number - I'm glad you caught it!

That is a question Mr Red keeps asking. He does NOT care for Ashton and he lays the blame on the Prosecution.....I just keep reminding myself how much I love him...

The "chloraform" searches that were brought up at trial took place in March 2008 and did not include the word suffocation, but you are correct that Cindy unsuccessfully tried to take the blame for those searches.

The "fool-proof suffication" search took place on June 16, 2008, and is discussed at length starting around p. 45 of the "Anthony's Computer Forensics" thread, which I think someone bumped up not too long ago.
