While I am excitedly explaining to my DD what is going on with AZLawyer and JWG's fabulous sleuthing skills, Nancy Grace, etc. she puts it really into perspective.......

If it HAD been brought up at trial, I am sure Cindy would have said she logged into the computer to pretend to be Casey to see what she was up to, and she searched "fool-proof surrogation"......you know, being a nurse of decomposition and all. :maddening:

That's where her work records would have come in to play.

My first time posting, so I hope I'm doing it right. I just can't stay silent any longer. Why are people making a big deal about George's recollection? Wasn't CA using the date 6/9 for the longest time? Not only that, but he wasn't asked about that day until over a month later. He didn't know at the time that 6/16 would later by a very significant day. So, to me, he either had his days mixed up, or if he was intentially lying, it was to cover for her like CA has been doing since day 1.
And as far as baez goes, I have never seen such lying and spinning of stories in all my life. He turned that court room into a circus. But you are all correct about the jurors .. he sucked up to them, and dumbed down his presentation with his white boards and colored markers. Being a college-educated professional with a distaste for butt-kissers, I was insulted by his presentation, but those jurors sure loved it.

:goodpost: :welcome:

I was thinking about all of this today and reflecting on the impact of such critical evidence being overlooked and left out at trial.

I was thinking about how upset Linda and Jeff must be, how their stomachs must have turned and how infuriated they must be.

I was also thinking about how if this was another victim, with another family, how that family would be on every talk show demanding answers, red with rage that the murderer of their two year old grandchild was set free while such important and damning evidence sat unused for three years.

What did we get from The Anthony's?

Radio Silence.

The only Anthony I have sympathy for is George. If Cindy had not been around I could see him helping the police to the hilt and not trying to cover for KC. I think he went along without making public waves because it was easier. He did that, and then they tag him as a child molester, unbelievable. JMO

Jose did his job, only with the help of more experienced defense attorneys! Texting during the trial and computer use, wasn't hard to see he was being prompted. There was nothing brilliant or creative about it, he got lucky!! Had he done it by himself, the verdict would have been different. He is not the brightest bulb.....okay neither were the jury :banghead:

Sorry, but I still think there was some kind of jury tampering JMO

I don't think it was jury tampering. I think the calendar had the biggest effect on this jury. It was the beginning of summer when the trial started and the day after the fourth of July when the verdict came in. I think they just wanted to get out of there with as little arguing as possible. JMO

Oh really. I didnt know that.......

I am positive I read that somewhere during the trial but I swear I am undiagnosed A.D.D. so you never know with me. . I'll try to find it. In the meantime, I just found this:

This.
And pacifically,,,, the field trips and da dessert lady weren't fun anymore.

I don't think you are crazy. Didn't Baez say that during law school, he used to study Johnny C during the OJ trial? Why would he do that unless he looked up to him and wanted to be like him?

Rember that two part interview when he was interviewed in a diner and also in his office? During the office interview he pointed something of a souvenier that had to do with Cochran. What was the article?

I also seem to remember that one of the jurors was scheduled to go on a cruise in a few days. I always thought that making sure that juror didn't miss her cruise seemed more important to them than discussing the evidence and seeking justice for Caylee.

Has anyone heard from a juror? I wonder if any of them have come forward and said whether this would have changed their mind or not.

I wonder how the p12 feels about this latest reveal?

Really? I believe it. As far as the article, I have no idea, I cannot remember and cannot find it. I know I read that, It's driving me insane.

I remember Jeff Ashton said the Prosecution called him Johnny Cockroach! :great:

Does DisneyWorld have a World of Disney store outside of it? The reason I ask, is because Disneyland does have one outside of it.

Yes. We have one at Downtown Disney, but they use the same bags sd the rest if the stores. They don't use World of Disney bags.

This would be such an easy out for them. "See, it wasn't our fault, if only we knew about the fool-proof suffocation search THEN (maybe) we would have found her guilty of something."
Even if they bought into the whole drowning theory, did they honestly think that a mother sitting at her computer for the better of the day, obviously not minding her child, wasn't somehow neglectful? Yes, accidents happen...I get that...but when did Casey finally realize her daughter was in the pool...after being left alone how many hours? Here's where the timeline would have really helped. But, I have this nagging suspicion that maybe the State didn't think the searches showed enough (?) "pre-meditation". IOW, not sure I'm buying they didn't know. Not entirely...yet.

:waitasec::waitasec::waitasec: Chloroform is a banned substance no longer used in the medical industry and I can practically guarantee that Gentiva Home Health Agency did NOT stock it in their offices.( I used to work for them in California). Where have you heard of it being used as a disinfectant???
I've always assumed Casey made the Chloroform from ingredients learned from the web, put it on a rag and Chloroformed Caylee somewhere in the vicinity of the house, then duct taped her to ensure her suffocation, and a soft kill/bloodless death. Plus she wouldn't have to deal with a struggling Caylee if she never woke up. Silent too, so you don't have to worry about neighbors hearing.
Casey would have continued to play her alibis for a missing Caylee off against Tony and her parents. Whoever was convenient, the other party would "have Caylee", but she'd never be available in person or to come and talk, or Zanny would've just kept her...

Look up making chloroform on the internet. It's not an easy process. Maybe there's a way to make an impure chloroform that she used.

Dumb like a fox;)

He played the underdog, to the hilt

No, I think the dumb is genuine. He comes by it naturally...
If you haven't listened to AZ Lawyer describe his shoddy response to her on the radio show tonight, do listen. After he insults her and her credentials, he then tries to weasel out of an apology, by saying his comments were directed to JWG which she knows is yet another lie,she finally writes back to him and says thankyou for your stunningly unprofessional response, and she will keep his response to her, as a reminder that having a law degree does not confer character or class. He is just an embarrassment to his profession.

Making chloroform is WAY over Casey's head. IMO she used some cleaning solvent or other to get rid of the decomposition fluids and odor and some chemical reaction occurred...

Why bother with Chloroform when Benadryl, Nyquil are so easily obtained? Doesn't make sense, particularly with someone of Casey's limited intellect.
IMO she used one of those with some regularity..

I struggled with the chloroform idea myself. But the idea of Casey taping Caylee's hands behind her back, then taping up her face, I can imagine happening unfortunately - it's also an easier thing to explain to a jury, and fits in with the evidence uncovered with Caylee when she was found. Now with these searches for 'foolproof suffication' uncovered I think that's a simple likely explanation for what happened. Ochams Razor and all that, it's infuriating this wasn't presented to the jury.
