Ok so I re-read the suicide note (ghm) and this was from jan 09 he still believes in the note that the people she was hanging around with were threatening her and maybe that was why she didn't come to them about Caylee. I think he believes it was gang or drug related and they need hard knocks from his gun to tell him what he needs to know. He's implying they had something to do with her death. For him to have known about the searches then he would have to believe the mysterious bad influence friends looked this suffocation stuff up and took Caylee away. The only friends he could be referring to was the photobucket pics of friends she was drinking and dancing with during that summer. But he did say in the interview with good ole Dr. Phil that he thought Casey and her friends drugged Caylee and gave her too much.

Wonder if AZLawyer could make a public records request to the Clerk's Office or to the State Attorney's Office for this Discovery?

When I first made my public records request, the initial response was to send me a link in the "cloud" to everything that had ever been released to anyone else (e.g., media). I will check how many photos from Photobucket are in there, but IIRC nothing looked new to me when I skimmed through it.

My opinion has always been that (1) we did see the "pretty bad" photos--but "bad" is in the eye of the beholder , and (2) George was clearly feeling sick from thinking of the smell in the trunk, which he had been discussing with the detectives, not from the photos. Did they even show him any photos during that interview?

Did we ever find out what was purchased at Home Depot by Casey? I remember there was some evidence but it was never presented at trial.

It was Cindy and George who purchased something at Home Depot. I don't think we saw a detailed receipt, but I believe LE did have a video.

Timeframe surrounding this particular Notice of Discovery:

- July 24, 2008 - LE told George about 1,200 photos - some "pretty bad"

- Feb 24, 2009 - State filed Notice of Supplemental Discovery re: photos

- Feb 25, 2009 - State gave Baez "2 discs" with "thousands of photos", some "embarrassing"

- Feb 26, 2009 - Baez filed a Motion for Protective Order to block release of personal photos

- March 2, 2009 - Hearing in open court - Judge denied Motion Protective Order
Baez talked about "filtered" and "non-filtered" images - "lot more photos" - "worse photos" - "public hasn't seen"
[separate issue is jail video where FCA got anxious - Judge puts stay on release]

- March 5, 2009 - partial Discovery released - NOT 1,200 photos in Discovery released - many photos NOT in this doc dump

- April 6, 2009 - Doc Dump - MM got Disc 1 - Folder 48 - photobucket - not everything that was given to Baez on Feb 25, 2009. Disc 2 - photobucket complete?

I just looked at the photo folders that I got from, I assume, MM way back when. There are vastly more than 1200 photos and images in those folders. I don't think there's any reason to believe we are missing any.

The interview where George was told about the 1200 photos and where he threw up, was July 24, 2008.

I'm not clicking on it or posting it here....but if someone else wants to do it that has good spamware/popup preventers :blushing:..... one file that is the only one I can see in the excel spreadsheet that is not a generic name for a p*rn type site has in it's name on the spreadsheets www.y<selfmodsnip>rn.youporngeoA.php B&CBM.......and FCA?? looked at that site 12 times it appears - see specifically on Feb 29th at 1 pm and on March 11th at 12 pm or so. ---- or are those pop ups. I dunno?

So I wonder what some of those photos were? Naked partying photos? Or more like CRAZY sicko photos (like some of the death type ones we have seen).

Most of the ones we have seen are Frat party type- I'm still waiting to find out what the 'pretty bad' ones of her were, and if they were connected with her apparent fondness for *advertiser censored* sites...?

It was Cindy and George who purchased something at Home Depot. I don't think we saw a detailed receipt, but I believe LE did have a video.

If you need any other records, I'm in the area. I've done a FOIL request in another case (in a different state), so I'm at least generally informed of the rules of filing a request. I can even drive over to get the records if they're on CDs. Just shoot me a PM.

I'm curious what you found that connects Deese and the Anthonys that far back. I know he's the one that took George & Cindy on the trip to the Bahamas to play with the dolphins and that George and Lee both appear in some employee photos but I didn't know of a connection that far back.

I haven't actually "found" anything. I noticed that the Quinco warehouse/office is just north of AL's apartment. There is also quite a lengthy gap between when KC left the A's house and when AL indicated that she arrived to his apartment before going to Blockbuster. IIRC there are multiple pings on cell towers in that area during that time. Could be just a coinkydink.

I agree Rose! I have always said that. If you watch really closely, Casey freezes with her jaw a little dropped and appears to be bracing herself for the worst, almost as if for a split second, she thinks she has been caught. She looks absolutely terrified she then recovers with a "Surprise Surprise" and shortly thereafter basically has her temper tantrum. It happens in a split second but it speaks volumes. I am so glad someone else noticed it.

That tiny little moment, from the first time I saw it, solidified for me long ago, that she drowned Caylee in the pool.

She is like Keyser Soze and always always takes bits of truth around her and infuses them in her lies. Every single time. She replaced George with herself when telling the story of how he "killed" Caylee during a supposed horrific act.

In Jeff's book, he goes over Casey's statement to Jose about that. In it, she is very descriptive about what George's clothing looked like after he supposedly drowned Caylee in the pool.

She said his clothes were wet and splashed with water on his shirt and waistband, kind of like hers probably were after she did what she did. It was eerie.

By the way... I noticed recently that Casey also used her "Surprise Surprise" line in one of her fake Universal emails to herself that were supposedly from her boss.

I believe now more than ever that Caylee died in that pool, and as most of us have always known, it was no accident.

Kaiser Soze (my German Shepherd's name), I totally agree with you on that! I've always thought she pieced things together with bits and pieces of truth.

As far as drowning, I think it's very likely that is why the cadaver dogs hit next to the pool and the play house. I would have believed accident if not for the duct tape and searches. I believe she placed CA's body next to the pool while she made the flurry of calls to her mother (to claim accident), then grabbed the blanket/trash bags, and after wrapping her body, left her in the play house. I think she may have left her in the play house over night and went back the next day to borrow the shovel while GA was at work. I think she attempted to dig a hole in the back yard not realizing how difficult it is to dig a hole. Then she pulled her car into the garage, grabbed the laundry bag, and placed her in her trunk. A quick drive around the corner, quickly go into the woods, and she was done. I don't think she attempted to dig a hole in the wooded area. She's far too lazy.

Yes, it makes sense that KC drowned Caylee in the pool. Wonder if she put the duct-tape on before or after. Fool-proof suffocation indeed.

Like Dr. G said, there is no reason there should be duct tape anywhere near a child's face... add in Jeff Ashton's "The only reason you put duct tape on a child's face is to stop them from breathing".

I hate to say it, but I have thought for a long time Casey taped Caylee's mouth and nose with her hands behind her back and just tossed her in the pool or held her under the water. My hope is that she was successful in drugging Caylee before any of the unspeakable lease:

The shovel I believe she used to pull Caylee closer to her when she fished her out before she learned how much actual time and effort digging a hole for a little body is :furious:

I used to think she duct taped Caylee's mouth, nose, etc post mortem to stop flies etc getting in, and decomp liquids coming out, but now I just don't think she is really that practical. I mean why go to that much trouble when the best thing to do was just drive somewhere remote and dump the body. She didn't even have sense to do that - she just dumped her in the woods at the end of the street.

So based on Casey's laziness, I think the most likely scenario is the duct tape was used as the murder weapon, because the girl didn't do anything she didn't have to - ever.

Not sure what has piqued your interest between the A's and Quinco/Deese that would related to Caylee's death?

Must be jury duty season, I report tomorrow as well. Nervous.

Naturally I can't talk about it, but I have been seated on the jury. It is an arson, felony murder trial. I must say that I was very impressed with my fellow citizens that reported. Throughout the voir dire the responses showed that purple were open mined and very thoughtful as to the issues raised. The judge and attorneys for both sides impressed me as well. The attorneys showed genuine respect for each other. This will be an interesting experience. I'll fill you all in after the trial.
