You have? Where? When?

A couple of weeks ago it was mentioned on Websleuths that he was working there. I think I found one picture on Twitter but I'm not sure where I found the other one. I have saved them to my computer but don't know if I'm allowed to post?

Okay, so does the bald guy next to KC in the photo look familiar to anyone else, or is it just me? I was thinking Jeremy Lyons but went and found a photo of him, and I don't think that is him.
Along my search, I came across this photo from jury selection - I had marked the photo that he talked to KC during a break - did we ever find out who he was? Again, I don't think it is this guy either - but now I really want to know. (Was he one of the body guards jose sent to escort KC out of jail and jose brought him to jury selection to protect him? Or to distribute 'wealth' to the area?)

Anyone know who he was?

the guy at the restaurant looks like he is completely bald on the top of his head, the guy in the court room looks like his head is shaved. Although anyone hanging with FCA could have gone totally bald in no time just from the stress.

That is why I don't think the Flannigan's guy is him, but seeing the photo again - and how I labeled it at the time as the guy who spoke to KC on the break, now I WANT TO KNOW WHO HE IS!!!!!!!!!!! And what (exactly) was he doing at jury selection!

yeah and he had an odd looking buffalo head and deep set eyes I take it this is why the pic was so grainy so as to protect his image and reputation lol

I bet Cindy paid the state off with the money from Dr Phil. you know she didn't want to take any chances of having her little princess thrown back in jail. FCA will be taken care of as long as CA is alive. Heaven forbid "tot mom" should try and get some kind of work.

You are probably right. Cindy probably felt that since she didn't have to pay taxes on the $500,000.00 that it would be okay to pay Casey's $68,000.00 in back taxes.

Aren't Zenaida's attorney's trying to get the information on the foundation money to see if Casey has had access to it? It would be interesting to see if Cindy has paid it off? I still don't understand how that would be remotely legal since the money was donated to the foundation and the money was supposed to be used in a positive manner in memory of Caylee (as if that was ever really their goal). I still can't believe the IRS isn't breathing down Cindy and George's backs.

MOO

I dont trust Dr Phil as far as I can throw him, so I would not be suprised if he said one thing on his show " legal Charity" then wrote up the contract to say for services rendered

ANJ, Since you are interested in knowing who this mystery man is, would it be possible to tweet the picture or send it to one of the news people who were in jury selection to see if they can identify him?

:floorlaugh: :giggle: love it....just love it! :)

I want to thank each and everyone of my WS friends and their prayers and support. It's been a long four days since my nephew had two tears in his aorta and we've been very blessed in so many ways. We have been through open heart surgery on Tuesday, another procedure on Wednesday to open the veins in both legs and to help his kidneys to function without going for further surgery for that.

We were told what some of the complications could be and one that did happen late yesterday was a stroke and we moved to Zale Lipsky this evening for another surgery.

We've have had the best team of doctors and nurses that anyone could ask for. His night nurses that had been taking very good care of him at Southwestern came along with him and will be with him tonight. They opened his skull tonight so his brain could swell and not cause further damage, and now we are waiting for him to wake up and see what needs to be done to get him back to his old self. My sister has finally gone home to get some rest. We've been up since Monday night and tonight we can sleep in our own beds.

I again want to thank so many of you for your concern for my family. My web sleuths family presence was always there for him, his two sons, sisters, brother, mother and his aunts and uncles. We still have a ways to go, but I know the power of prayer of this family I found here. I will always be in your debt and hope my prayers will always be there for any of you.

It amazes me how they all truly felt about Caylee!:banghead:
She was used in life as well as in death.
How they could take the money from her fund & spend it on themselves & the one who took her very life is just.... well I can't even think of a word for their actions. They should all bow their heads in shame!

Federal Tax Lien Filed May 17, 2011 Osceola County Clerk of Courts

I checked the Osceola Clerk site and the Federal Tax Lien is still Active, no other docs have been added to the file such as Release of Lien or Discharge of Lien etc....

For all their public protestations of love, they reveal the truth in their own words- remember that Cindy called Caylee "just a shell" when talking about her being dumped in a swamp. I didn't watch the interview but I have a feeling she just shrugged when she said it...:furious:

I think it would have to be recorded in the Probate Court - then you could check subsequent recordings for a cancellation of lien.

I bet they just left that owing so they can claim poverty when the Zenaida trial starts... :furious:

That might mean the tax debt has been satisfied. If there is anything still due on this debt and the IRS still has an interest in collecting they would have to file something (maybe annually) to perfect their lien. If a lien is not perfected before the deadline date for enforcement of the lien comes up, the IRS could lose the right to collect in the future.

Most of the time when IRS is owed money by a delinquent taxpayer who has no money, they file a lien to protect their rights but do nothing further to actually collect. But they do usually take action to perfect their lien in hope of collecting in the future when the delinquent taxpayer might be in a better position to pay.

So either the IRS doesn't care about Casey's debt...or the court clerk has not updated the lien status to show further action by IRS...or the debt has been paid and status not yet updated.

Hi T.O

Why Probate court? I thought Probate court had to do with the estate of a deceased person, the distribution of assets, adjudicates wills...deals with administrators etc....

My DH has friends in South Florida who have Federal Tax Liens against both spouses.
Anything filed in the court by the IRS are in the courts official records
I have searched them and in regards to their IRS federal tax lien I see the filings...the FTL filing, followed certificate of release and certificate of discharge of property from FTL..

Thanks for the info.
The last time I checked was months ago and OCA's FTL case has remained unchanged in the court records since it was initially filed by the IRS in May of 2011
