Can the courts feeze the go account until after the trial? MS may try and use that for bail....I am sure LE knows about it.

When there was all that backlash about 1 million dollar , MS wasn't taking any chances with his "now public persona" as grieving husband. He then changed the contributions to honor (cough cough) his wife's (that he murdered) favorite charity, "Our Mother's Home." He also changed the "goal" to $100,000. A little later he relinquished the from himself to TS's siblings, who did the right thing by changing the proceeds back to the care of Teresa's little girls.

Josie, none of the can be touched by anyone in Florida.

you have brought to this case and all you have done :blowkiss:
That being said, I don't care about anything KC has to say. IMO He continues to throw himself into his 15/20/25 minutes of fame. He was married to her 13 years ago, and in 2003 when he filed for divorce on Valentines day, they were NOT even living together. I'm not sure how long out of the 3 years they were married they were even actually together.
He cheated on TS which led to their divorce. When TS's own mother was asked about her daughters first marriage, she knew very little about him.
That spoke VOLUMES to me. Not a fan anymore. MOO

ETA ~ I do realize they had at some point they became friends. I am also on very friendly terms with my own ex. But neither one of us know that much about our everyday lives today. I just don't think he brings anything to the table. Once again, JMO

Hunter said Lee County Sheriff's Office investigators believe the life insurance policies are part of the motive in Teresa Sievers' death.

I'm assuming in the next doc dump, we may learn more. I still think drugs were sold illegally through the medical practice by MS
 
Is it possible to check out exactly whose bank account is attached to a account? If ms bank info opened it how did that get changed? I personally would be very careful to find out who has current legal access to the funds.
 
It is against the rules to directly link to the account but ya'll are good with google - according to an update 7 months ago it appears to be controlled by TS siblings and funds are to benefit the girls. That seems appropriate and with TS family controlling the funds you can bet not one red dime will be used for the benefit of Mark Sievers.

I'm with Dmacky, I'm not overly impressed by KC. He seems low energy to her high energy and it pisses me off that he was rooting around online looking to cheat on her. IMO. I'm glad they have made some type of friendship out of it but he gets no kudos from me.
 
I had a busy weekend and have only been able to skim, but has there been any word on when that next batch of files will be released?
 
Just spoke to beach, who is on the road for the next several days. She was disappointed she could not be online this morning but is checking in for updates and catching up on the threads during the times she takes a break in her travels.

I just about lost it....I am reading, 'MS is back in the house'....what....what....then realized I was on page 1 which is 2015....okay I can breathe again.....and back to 2016. :happydance:

LOL with you not at you - I do the very same thing and some days I'm all sputtery what the heck?!?! then when I realize it's page 1 and calm down; I look around to see if anyone else sees how stupid I feel.

That's milder than I thought. By next week we will be in the upper 60's during the nights and middle 80's during the day.

Yes, no interviews with BS, which I completely understand. I was surprised they even tried talking to her at the hearing.

Oregon has several regions.....an hour away is Mt Hood, always cold and snowy, eastern Oregon is dessert and then the coast ....I live in Portland, the valley........we have hot summers in the 90s-100s....

I thought it was interesting that MS's arraignment was on a Saturday. Oregon doesn't do that. Is FL a child come first state, meaning that custody is awarded to the best parent or more of a traditional state that moms come first?

It used to be, that the mother was considered first, not any more though. Both parents are now given equal consideration. Usually the parental rights are shared pending on the approved parenting plan (law).
