Anything happening? I have not found any live feed or reports so far. Is it possible people are not as interested?

Edit my post...found this article. According to article the next court date is not until Dec. 15, 2016 for JRR and MS. According to the defense lawyers they cannot get info from the Prosecution....the Judge does not agree with JRR lawyer and told her that she was told that she can see the information at the Prosecutors office.
The State did say there is a problem getting info on cell phones and computers that were seized but what he has is available at his office for the defense.

This is the link to above information. However it still is not addressing the issue of GR disclosure, Indigent status and costs and finally the DP....so maybe there still is a court hearing.

Question....does it appear they are going to try MS and JRR together or are the hearings where the two defendants appear just for information and then there will be separate trials. I feel separate trials should be held.

Tears will get him nowhere....he laughs when he thinks no one is looking. I hope he does not get any of the insurance monies. Judge has to wait on the civil decision on insurance monies. I bet MS promised a lot of people a piece of that money which aould ho to the care of the girls and the girls when of age.

Would that mean, the DP lawyer takes over as lead from Faga and Mummert? That F and M still stay on or would new lawyers be brought on? I thought MS approved Faga Law represent him even if they had no DP qualification and the Judge approved it....what happened? No matter, just more delays. Guess MS musr realize there is strong evidence against him.

Thank you NIN.....I am glad there is a break in this case....on Monday, here in Wichita KS, Sedgwick County, a defendant who no one will use his name, is going to trial. He shot Julie Dombo, at our Derby, KS ATT store. She lost all four limbs. He has played the delayed game for 2 years and is now representing himself. He gets to question Julie Dombo....she does not get to question him. She is NOT allowed to sit in the court room either. I am hoping the trial is aired like BTK was.....as the trial is to last only a week. There are other charges being brought up against this guy for robbing other ATT stores in area and surrounding states and shooting at LE etc. Two years is short but a long time for Julie Dombo. If anyone wants to read, Julie Dombo has a FB page of all her health updates...there is a link there that has the story on the GFP...you will have to go back a few pages to read from the start...I am not asking anyone to donate, it just is where the daughter kept putting updates. Also there is an article in the Derby Informer Paper....dated Oct. 12, 2016...today....that is on line. Sorry on ipad and cannot link.

Mark Sievers had NO PROBLEM making sure the mother of his children got the death penalty, in a horrifying sneak attack in her OWN home at that :dervish:
Where were her rights?? The statue didn't matter to him then did it?
