I have a gut feeling that the Bolingbrook PD is going to blow this case if they are not careful.

Thanksgiving is almost here, I wonder what the family tradition was, a big dinner at home? Did they get together with other family? How is he explaining to his kids how their mother just went away like this? It's horrible what's been done to Stacy and also horrible what's been done to the kids, the feeling of abandonment will be something that will be very difficult for them to deal with even if it's proven that their mother did not choose to leave them.

I don't think the BB LE have anything to do with either of the cases, both are being handled by the Illinois State Poilce at this point.

You mean like they "blew" Kathleen's case the first time? Thank God they are not in charge this time.

I agree the feeling of abandonment will be hard for the kids to deal with, but right up Drew's alley as a sociopath. This gives him even more control by saying see I 'm here for you, I wouldn't leave you, etc, etc,

Drew says he picked up her car at the airport at around 9 PM Sunday night.

At 11:30 PM Sunday night her sister drives by and both cars gone from the driveway.

But at 2:30 AM Monday her sister says both cars are back in the driveway.

Seems to me after the kids fell asleep Sunday night sometime between 9 PM and 2:30 AM on Monday, Drew left his house with someone else driving her vehicle to dispose of her body.

Has anyone other then Drew been able to verify his story of walking to the airport to get her car? Meaning did he ask Steve to come over to stay with the kids, or his brother or anyone else? I doubt it because the two older children would be able to hold down the fort for that short time. So really he has no one to verify his alibi for the timeframe involved.

Don't forget that Cassandra stopped by and talked to one of the boys around 11:00 p.m. and he said that Stacy and Drew got into a big fight and that he was out looking for her. Cassandra also mentioned that he said something else at that time that she wouldn't reveal.

neighbor sharon told ric that both cars were gone at 1:30 pm and not back until early morning. also, remember drew asked a neighbor if he could park one of the cars in her garage. she said no. he could park it in the driveway. when and what time did that happened ?

Suzi, if you wouldn't mind could you check your pm's please? Thanks!

Although I consider Drew quilty, I find this Rossetto person
worth investigating further.

His comments seemed contradictory-

"He had not heard from Stacy in years when she called him last month, that was the first contact in six years I had with her. She just found my phone number."

Then he refuses to tell what they spoke about!

Later he says--"We were friends, We talked every once
in a while."

That doesn't jive with that first statement to me!

Police tracked him down through not only phone but also
text messages.

In my humble opinion-this guy is hiding something!

It does sound a bit strange but maybe he meant a few years ago when they were friends they talked every once in awhile and now 6 years later she found his phone number and gave him a call and since then they had called each other and sent texts? IMO Drew found out she was calling and texting this guy and confronted her. I wonder if Rossetto has a strong alibi for it to have been said he is not a suspect but they are looking at the possibility he may be a target to be framed?

Can anyone find out what Rossetto does for a living? Maybe she needed his help and asked him to keep it confidential.

Susan

""All of a sudden she called me once out of the blue about three weeks before she disappeared," Rossetto said. "That was the first contact in six years I had with her. She said she was just going through some stuff and just found my phone number." Rossetto declined to discuss his recent conversation with Stacy Peterson, saying, "I can¹t tell you anything." He also refused to say whether she spoke of any trouble in her life.

The two exchanged messages, but never made plans to meet, he said. "We were friends," Rossetto said. "We talked every once in a while. But that's it." Police tracked down Rossetto through phone and text messages.
"

The man Stacy turned to

I don't see anything contradictory about his statements at all. Nor do I think it is necessary to tell the press what they talked about. As long as he is telling the police, thats all that matters. I have seen no indication that he is not talking to the police.
