Last supper is actually up to the prison warden. Because of budget restraints some states or jurisdictions no longer do it. Also, they are limited to items available within the system in most cases so they can't order a dozen dunkin donuts although one of the prison cooks could make homemade donuts. Saw this on Discovery Channel. No personal knowledge.......lol
