SBI looked at sheet and did find fibers...there is physical evidence...just none that implicate BC...

No evidence NC body ever in the trunk.

Finally 2011 check fiber from trunk against sports bra, throrough check every combo - NO FIBER, fibers in bra do not match trunk.

Body was never in the trunk - that's the physical evidence.

Evidence in the house, nothing out of ordinary seen outside the house agent looks in trash - nothing out of ordinary, he looks in vaccum cleaner bag - ordinary, no blood on wasjher surface, nothing out of ordinary in garage - nothing, mayt in garage no blood, upstairs...MBR checks bathrooms, sheets, floors, no blood no bodily fluids.

Green dress - they said he hid it, I bet if you took a poll of any man in this room you would not find one who remembers what his wife wore to work this morning let alnoe partynight before admist what happened next day.

DD said he tried to fool me with colors, but BC was overheard asking what color dress, she answered black.
BC figured out right dress, they said they are sure he washed it.

SBI agent looked inside dress - signed of powdered deordorant = was not washed. There was a seeped through grease-like stain. She tested stani, comsistent with food stain.

House, car, everywhere tested - no blood/fluid

could have tested wire for DNA, they said 'well its a construction site'...if they had tested wire and had NC DNA then it wasn't BC because acrrding to CPD he killed her at house.

tested cig butt in 2011, asked what can make it go away? she sadi age can do that...where did it sit for 2.5 years? CPD evidence room...do you really believe that if BC smoked they would not have tested that cig butt?

first, she said you need to chemically analyze...i.e. 2 properties side by side could be different soil. So what do they do? take one pair of shoes out of the house only pair they check...where did they get the soil? BC next door neighbor, no BC yard. Why? because person now in Cooper home wasn't there couldn't wait 2 hours - took neighbors soil.

Did they test anywhere else he went with those shoes before testing? no

Can;t tell mica by sight, needs chem analysis - high mag/low mag mica, high mag mica=lake lochemere, not crime scene, low mag mica=lake lochmere or lake johnson, not crime scene...but she then says we found trace element white mice (found all over the state)...didn't you say you can't tell by sight?

They said we couldn't find shoes BC was wearing that morning..no soil match is why not interested.

insect guy 2010 he analyzed the insects which were almost all dead...amazing conclusion they were laid 11Am 7/11...CPD said "no no, please recheck"...then he comes up with too late on 7/12, then changed to 5Am...then dr admit no confidence in time estimates, based on only 2 dead bugs = no confidence in test.

eggs could have been laid at noon on 7/12? expert said yes...essentially his testimony is meaningless

She cooked and ate ribs, told someone else she had eaten her salad. What makes more sense? that she left party went home went to sleep went out running

According to CPD BC would have to dump body, get rid of certain clothing, slept in bed, go to HT, get rid of big router, no one person saw BC somewhere unusual.

14 ppl thought they saw NC (called CPD), BC's pic all over the papers, but not one single call to report seeing BC doing anything that night - or dumped clothes or equipment.

4 ppl saw van in 36 hour period, not one person saw anything unusual re: BC

painting story: we know from MH, LH and RT that she was there and agreed BC/Mh would play tennis the next morning. RT clearly has no reason to dispute that. LH and N's own sister say she was tired of painting...no one heard any mention of NC painting w/JS next morning, but there are ppl heard NC was going running.

Reasonable doubt, not guilty.

No violence by BC, no one ever saw him violent. never threatened NC or laid a hand on her. NC cloests friends said she was not afraid of BC.

marital problems go back to 2001, did they have them in 2007? yes...things deteriorated after HM admission, affair and lying about it was wrong, but he's not ontrial for that.

They want you to believe it was not just a bad marriage but an abusive one. Her new friends took her stories and believed them...but we know 2 ppl NC was less than credible with she should have been (her father re: pay BC in cash - gary Beard said no one paid then, they paid late every time)...she lied to father. She told own divorce lawyer she never had affair.

make her a bad person? no, but just like any one of us not 100% completely honest.

After she realized BC didn't leave allowance afternoon of 7/11 then it becomes an issue - allowance cut stories etc..

We know she said nothing to hillers, own attorney...no abuse, that BC trying to be a good father bugging NC.

Evidence that BC see emails for NC, that was wrong - but ppl do that in a divorce, but after April wouldn't you expect to see a bunch of emails between NC and atty? none...one phone call may 4th...calling about affair/alimony, next phone call when "everything getting desparate" was june 4 - 3 minutes...No desparate situation...talking about divorce but trying to figure out where to go next.

Evidence she called RE she needed to get out ASAP, but then invites Hillers over for game night?

CPD red flags

tech-guy and non-tech-guy...called subpeona compliance ppl (not normally who you talk to for tech support) doesn't take notes. Does test on a sat afternoon at 5:00 - strange time to do this test, no one else around. Wipes phone and SIM card and then replaces the evidence.

if you call sears and get customer service people they tell you flip a switch, you do it smoke comes out...you unplug it then what? you don;t just walk away from it and deal with it in a couple of months?

NO, you call back Sears (ATT) and complain - tell them what happened...you all messed up my homicide evidence!..you are angry...didn't happen.

No info on search warrent (issued after phone wiped) that he erased phone. I know this is a red flag.

I know its a red flag re JP...they didn't investigate him, they went out 2 years later to tell him defense might be coming to check on you you better make sure you have an alibi.

What else do we know? they are inside the house no booties, gloves, drinking diet coke, computer on for hours.

When they have a theory and its wrong they just drop it and change it to a different guilty...never thought maybe BC innocent.

last point, suspicious van..I don;t know its role, but pretty damn suspicious - she sees a van heading into a culdesac fielding 7/11 lights off. Sometime after midnight doorbell ring other house - don't know why someone was trying to get in, but our lights were out. 3 police cars show up why? he is concerned someone who might do something.

next morning somewhere around 7 AM RZ says she sees NC running - inmteresting same route JP said either NC told him or that he believes take you pick...RZ believes its NC.

Sgt hayes saw jogger...hidges sees a van coming toward him passing a jogger towards him 90% its NC, see van head back to her.

Van seen at end of fielding 7/13 fitting hidges description. incredible coincidence? should have been investigated.

no one saw BC out there but several saw van in area.

For 2 years I have had responsibility of BC, in a few short hours that responsibility will pass to you. you have the power of another person's life. i ask you, in the days and the weeks ahead you may reflect on case - i ask you, if you have any doubts have them NOW not then. Hold pros to the wall, because they cannot meet this burden ask you to return NG.

LOL not my intent Shadow or anyone elses I'm sure. Jurors can think about those things. I offer no other theory. BC speaks for himself without talking. Especially to his inlaws in the early stages and after. Oh and maybe they are in the mysterious van.
