I am sure this women believe her sighting could have been important...do we know what time she saw that jogger??..Was it close to 7AM because she said the jogger looked to have just started her run..as she looked fresh...

She reported exactly what she saw...she made numerous phone calls including at that road block...NO one called her back?..but was called back the day before Brad's testimony for custody case ( Oct. '08)..How did she even know Brad's custody case....??

She gave an affidavit for custody case and subsequently testified in the custody case. It's in the legal docs thread.

She said that she thought the jogger may have had an iPod, but that she wasn't completely certain about it. Some joggers wear a pouch that they put keys and ID in and some of those pouches can resemble iPods at first glance.

The interview with Rosemary came three months after she saw the jogger. It was not a routine follow-up. It was just prior to her testifying for the custody case. It was not followup while Nancy was still missing, or really before the CPD had decided who was responsible.

or a prosecutor might bring women into the courtroom who will testify that they in fact passed and exchanged "hi" s with her and those she has not, and ask her if she's ever seen any of them before. This would be a better way to challenge her recollection.
