I am sure he might say he went out a second time to smoke a cigar after looking at his computer. You know they have rehearsed this well.

I think this is a different trip outside. This is the first of 2, if I'm not mistaken. He'll probably explain the cigar trip as after he goes up to his room after a while. But by that time, he knew he'd left the second door propped, and he's explained that door was closer to his car... so that's his explanation for why he wasn't seen on camera coming back in.

I hope this jury is not GULLIBLE.

Thankfully the last jury in that courtroom wasn't (gullible).

i woke up seeing pigs going by the window. i knew something was up

If Willoughby is smart he'll have every DA in his office listening to this testimony and writing questions to hand to BH. This is the super bowl. Time to bring their 'A' game!

Yes indeed, Mad -- there are some gaps in some things, and the last 2 witnesses (eye) may have planted a seed of doubt with some jurors that are not sure yet.

The ADAs can gain a lot of ground here on cross -- and surely, please gosh, I hope they have already prepared at least some questions for this man just in case.

The State has GOT to step up and get mean and drive it home. They just haven't done it yet, IMO, as far as making each & every juror positive that the man on the stand killed his wife.

Here's your Silver Platter -- now dig in, ADAs. Blast a hole through this pack of (IMO) lies and put him in jail for life, just the way he put Michelle away for life.:maddening:

So no explanation as to why he was at the front desk on video carrying possibly his road atlas and a couple of bottles of water ?

Yeah, I doubt the HI parking lot was so big he needed a map to find his car. :liar:

PLEASE Becky, show him the photo and ask why he needed those supplies just to retrieve a computer charger!

And why not just take the key card? It's not like it's that big and heavy!

A stick in the door???? Did he forget that it was a rock??? Doesn't jibe. Oh what a tangled web ......

BH needs to get a full head of steam of righteous anger going to nail this clown. She cannot go all 'demure' here. No more 'umm...ummmm...um' anymore. Time to open a big can of DA whoopass and unleash it.

Neither was the jury in the David Temple trial. He took the stand and now he's behind bars - convicted 9 years after Belinda's murder.

Belinda was 8 months pregnant at the time of her murder.

I think it's every prosecutor's dream to be able to unleash on a defendant who may truly be guilty. To be able to cross a witness and not have to hold back for fear of offending the jury.

Break over. Back in session, jury absent. Someone went back to office, judge said it was ok.

Judge said sick juror!

sounds like stomache flu! ahhh. poor thing :(

Judge looks disstressed. private lawyer talk with judge.

And where are those clothes? :innocent:

Good question, bet he wet himself from drinking 2 bottles of water and was so embarassed that he threw them away. Wonder if Mr. Lawyer ( is this Collins ?) will ask about that or skim over it ? Bet Ms. Holt asks about those clothes for sure.

If the stick didn't do the trick,
Use a rock, you Crock.

IMO

So one of the jurors is throwing up, man that Jason has quite an effect on women.
