CI is friends with Erica G. (from Fusian) listed on the State's witness list. That's one of the interviews we have yet to see. Maybe that's why she's a late addition?

From Jamie R.'s interview transcript (we're reaching waaaay back to discovery pages 772 - 783):

Page 774:

JR: So I didn't know if Caylee was hers or a niece.
YM: Uh-hum (affirmative).
JR: Uhm, I never really asked until uhm, a little while later.
YM: Okay. -After you met her did you have an opportunity to actually work at Fusion as a, as a, as I guess a shooter girl or?
JR: I did uhm, two times probably because the, one of the girls that worked there I was friends with. And when the other two shot girls quit uhm, they needed somebody to cover for that night because it was last minute, minute. So my friend Erica and I both helped out uhm, a couple nights, just so they could hire new people.
YM: And this was after Nicole and Crystal left as working as shooter girls and you, you'd stepped in to help out, correct'?

That does not really help us understand why Crystal is being added at such a late stage, unless the defense deposed one of the shot girls (Jamie or Erica) recently and something pointed to Crystal. :waitasec:

Nums, I wonder if they're bringing in the "bad pictures". I've been waiting for that shoe to drop. It was enough to make George sick and I think they were pretty darn bad. Ooh I hope they find a reason to bring in what I think was her sideline. I'd give up the diary for that. hehe.

RBBM... Hi jennyb :seeya: I just don't see KC being "together" enough to even hang on to a job as a dancer or escort... Also the pings prior to June 16 don't support her doing anything other than mooching off her family and various friends/bfs... for some months beforehand. If there were REALLY "bad pictures" of KC, wouldn't we have seen them (or motions about them) by now? :waitasec:

I know what you're saying Nums, and that was my first thought when going through some of Crystal's information. However, I think we've beaten the "adult" angle with KC pretty much to death on the boards here. :deadhorse:

On top of that, there is nothing in discovery that would lead one to believe that LE is headed that way either.

Instead, I think something came in Erica G.'s interview or deposition that suggested the circumstances around Crystal's leaving and Erica's stepping in was of moderate important to the state. Perhaps it had something to do with - as AZlawyer pointed out - KC not really being in charge of the shot girls but acting as if she were. Maybe she stepped on Crystal's toes and Crystal did not appreciate it? :waitasec:

Hiya! Yeah, good questions. Well, the diary seemed to be a non-issue until recently so things do have a way of cropping up in this case that we thought were long dead.

About the other, yes, it would seem she wasn't making any money if she was escorting because of the amounts she was stealing. But I've always felt it was more of a ... hobby ... than a money making venture. Call it a volunteer job of sorts. LOL.

I'm just tossing this around in my head. It's probably not going to wind up at trial and we may never know. But then again... it's not over till the fat lady sings!

I know, I'm trying to look at all angles. For some reason Erica G's not released interviews have piques my curiosity. I also wonder about those pictures shown to GA and his need to vomit. Just throwing some ideas out there. I'm impatient, I want answers LOL :smile:

It's just so strange how just cause was not provided for CI, she was just added. Maybe it's something the State is preparing to rebut a penalty phase witness?

ynot, I am waiting for those pictures also.It was talked about in I believe G.s first interview.The LE showed him the pictures and G. said "if her mother sees those it will kill her"..I thought OMG what was she doing?:great: I have never seen or heard another word about them but I keep watching.

P.S. I think it was the interview where G.threw up/

Maybe he just hadn't seen some of the party pictures, the guy grabbing her boob, relieving herself in the alley, obviously three sheets, some of the dancing stuff, the no clothes party - maybe just all stuff he didn't know his little girl was doing.....

RBBM: Given what we have in the interim learned about CA and her amazing powers of denial, my estimation of what GA meant about "it would kill her" has come down several notches. IMO there are no further "sexy" pix of KC. GA was saying that any pic of KC doing anything remotely "inappropriate" (such as the "no-clothes party") would "kill" CA.

IMO there are no further salacious pix of KC, and GA's reaction was to pictures we have already seen. For him to say that seeing same pix would "kill" Cindy simply indicates that he and wife had not yet consolidated their stories/approach to what darling KC had done. (IMO CA already knew about the pix that GA saw for the first time and reacted to so strongly...)
