During the Nancy Grace Entertainment show, Vasco and Matt Morgan stated Vasco was scheduled to be deposed on Wednesday at 5 pm.

Matt Morgan, John morgan's son said in the interview last week that vt did not get this phone number until February 2009 and that the kidnapping charge was the result of a domestic dispute that lasted five minutes. He served his time and has been a contributing member of society ever since. I believe he said he was married, a good christian man and had maintained a good relationship with his "kidnapping" victim.

He looks pretty big and scary like Mr.T from the A team and was none too happy about this mess during the interview. Another ICA/Baez casualty and an upcoming act in the circus - I mean defense case?

Vasco's attorney filed a motion to quash his subpoena for deposition. It is my understanding from him being on IS or HLN can't remember which that he is supposed to go before the judge at 8:30am tomorrow.

Just a quick off topic sorta question here. Didn't Baez, in his opening statement say that Henry Lee was going to testify for the defense?

If thats the case, and witnesses aren't suppose to give interviews, then Lee should be in trouble too since I saw him on tv regarding this case on Saturday I think.

I don"t recall if it was her or her sister or both that were in jail. RC had a bit of a breakdown after being questioned, so why would she subject herself to more scrutiny again?
