Botox isn't a steroid.. it's Botulinum Toxin.. differnet beast.

Sorry, just pointing out that they now combine it with accutane....not implying KC was murdering with Botox!

ETA-And to clarify, no idea where the steroids came from, but maybe there were needles around the house for LA, or another purpose.

HaHaHa! I thought you were saying that Botox may be a steroid and in the bottle..sorry... death by Botox.. now there's a new one! :)

Oh, and thank God Casey is so stupid. Did she seriously think all of these things wouldn't be connected?

Bless the CSI for grabbing every, single thing from where Caylee was foung, even if it didn't seem relevant.

Hi I have been following this case since it broke last year and have been reading and lurking...but I think Casey did not care and also thought she would not be caught.
Accordingly to want I have seen of her speak and all her lies she displays malignant narcissism. Thought so highly of herself thought she was above the law and she was too damn smart for everyone.

I did not forget the aggravated child abuse and manslaughter charges. My focus has been on the huge void of inculpatory evidence needed to prove the murder one charge.

For the record, like the murder one charge, the bug report can't prove either aggravated child abuse or manslaughter. We don't know how Caylee died, nor do we know the circumstances surrounding her death.

Some people appear to think the law permits substituting guesses for evidence.

Do you understand the concept of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts? Seriously, I think we're beyond this now. The law may ask us to abandon common sense at every turn, but that does not mean it is right.

Poor Joan Rivers would be the walking dead by now, if that were the case!! :)

Here is the info stating the duct tape at the remains site is the same as the duct tape in the gas can:

http://www.clickorlando.com/download/2009/1106/21539890.pdf

Page 7-8 of the pdf.

And the evidence continues to mount. :woohoo: This would be why, IMO, GA/CA keep changing their stories. "I would never put the duct tape on the gas can...it was too sloppy." (paraphrase). Perhaps GA lied in his deposition about the presence of the duct tape on the gas can but told the truth in front of the grand jury...? Implying that the duct tape on the gas can was there when KC threw the effin gas cans at him after refusing to let GA get remotely close to the trunk of death.

Sorry if someone posted anything similar, but does anyone know if perhaps ephedrine(or cold medicine) or maybe George had some viagra laying around that would produce the testosterone in the findings?

I have no idea of all of these chemicals and such. My head hurts. Chemistry, etc was never my strong suit...though if the SA's can link the bottle of Gatorade and the syringe to KC...that would be awesome. If they can't it may become too much of a liability as a piece of evidence to present at trial. Too much to poke holes through.

I thought she was dead... and just propped up..

Weekend at Joan's? LOL, sorry for the OT, but now I'm imagining Melissa Rivers carting Joan around to all sorts of events, but she is as dead as Bernie was!

Or one of the roomates? Or something going on at Fusion? I wonder what else we still don't know!!

Wonder if Casey took a used syringe if Cindy was giving George testosterone shots to help him , you know.

My first thoughts, too, he was covering-He could barely even get straight when he last used the cans, and at one point tried to say he did not mow the lawn for over a month (then yelled at the attorney not to confuse him)...

Maybe TL or one of his roomies trying to buff up? TL might not have mentioned something like this if it weren't asked of him.

WHY? No doubt now, KC did it. Will she ever "Spill the beans"?

Nope...not even if someone had a gun to her head. She would just keep telling the same old ZG kidnapped blame game :banghead: She thinks people are stupid enough to believe this bull! She believes the entire world is gullible like her mommy and daddy :waitasec:

(viagara does not contain any testosterone or any other hormone or steroid.)
((knowledge does not come from personal experience)) tehe

Wonder where she got the packaged syringe with needle attached ? It's not like you can just buy these at the drug store (well, unless you are a diabetic and she's not)...plus this does not look like an insulin syringe.

You don't have to have a prescription though, or prove you're a diabetic to purchase syringes. You do have to show ID and sign for them (like with Sudafed these days). At least that's how it is in Virginia. I'm not sure if laws vary from state to state.

I really hope so.......

No offense, but I have read so many pages of evidence, that was really not definitive, to have such hopes dashed by a simple explanation. I guess I am now playing the devil's advocate, when I read everything.

Praying, there will be many concrete connections...

Playing the "Devils" advocate is exactly what the defense loves.
Don't let em get ya :)
Here is what I do when I start to have doubts.

Pretend from "day 1" you knew about alllllll this evidence.
Going back to how Casey behaved, the attitude like she was on a picnic, where most parents would be hysterical, Hiding out from Ma and Pa for 31 days, misleading the police, the lies, including the Zanny lie, the body, the duct tape, the Whitney bag, the chloroform trail, the coffin flies, the computer searches, on and on.....

If you had known this all you would have said "guilty" day 1. It is only the trickle effect of information that makes you question and play the devil's game.
It's ok. your heart I am sure is in the right place.
