Just tried a little experiment (very unscientific) with my two kids (ages 13 & 11). I had them put their heads in my hands, I am a female with pretty large hands. My 11 year old's head seems to be about the size of the skull in the photo.

ETA: They are both girls.

Interesting! I was hoping that someone would be able to do that. My daughter is three and her head is smaller that what I could tell about the skull found. I think it is a child but an older one...Not a toddler.

It looked like the neck was attached, but the right side of the face and jawbone did not seem to be there.

Area code 321 is the area code for a lot of cell phones used by people in Orlando. I'm not sure why, but I know that quite a few of my friends who live in Orlando have cell phones with the area code 321.

It was described as a partial skull. I saw it but you mainly could see just the bottom and side. The rest of the skeleton was found and retrieved, incidentally, this afternoon. There was an elderly woman missing in the area recently - it may be her, but you never know. As we have all seen there are bones turning up all over Florida.

That area has been notorious for missing persons over the years. There is also the alligator ranch (as it is called by locals) on the North end of Merritt Island. There is a wildlife preserve there.

That is 45 minutes from Orlando by the Bee Line. Come across 528 to Banana River Dr., take a left and you are there. I drive it all the time going to the airport in reverse, because I have a place on Merritt Island.

454-7222 - per a reverse lookup on searchbug has only one area code with a 28 is 281 and is a listed # in Humble Texas, the only thing I could find reversing 2636111 w/ 81 in the area code is 817 and is in Fort Worth.

I just did a little research on the size of human skulls. A normal adult size skull is 5-1/2" x 8" x 6" and a normal 6 year old child's skull is 5" x 6" x 5". So actually the length appears to be the measurement that enlarges most as a child becomes an adult. The width and depth change very little. Interesting.

A poster claims to have some limited inside knowledge about the investigation and alludes to new evidence (it sounds like group sex photos involving Casey and adult males). The info asserted is obviously completely unsubstantiated and unverified-- I'm posting it for people who might be interested in checking it out. I'm queried the name of the poster asserting the inside knowledge and hopefully this link will take you to the specific discussion. You have to read the posts backwards--from the bottom, up-- starting with post #76.

I understand. I'm the type of person who likes to read whatever is out there will a modicum of credibility, and then take it for what it's worth. Personally, I didn't get the impression the poster was fabricating info, but I have no idea, obviously. I just found it interesting and thought others might as well.

If anyone wants to read the poster's info, you now have to track back beyond post #76 because she's posted since I pasted the link. Username higherhopes.
