Look, she's already smiling, This ain't a thing to her.

OK boys and girls, time for me to go do some yoga (apparently it is condition for all Seattle residents to do so).

This is not over. We still have the big trial coming on. Baby Gabriel lives in all our hearts.

Since she is self employed - she is not eligible for work furlough. Only work release. Furlough is Sheriff Dept - Tent City. Since not eligible she will goto Estrella most likely. Indoor. A\C. Privacy. T.V. in the nights and weekends. Then at home in the days since she is self employed. Tent City would have been the harshest punishment available. It is over 110 degrees most days in Phoenix area in the sun. Tent City is frequently picketed for its harsh conditions. Most have DUI or minor drug offenses {under influence}.

I'm trying not to get too upset and bring some levity. If I was the judge, it would have been at least 6 months in jail and definitely no contact with children AND/OR single mothers.
I definitely needed a laugh. She makes my brain spin.

I agree. I hoped for 6 months, too. The terms of her probation will be tough for her to follow I believe. She just can't see what she does as wrong and she'll continue to do it even if from jail she said. I was stunned when she said she'll continue her mission as God wants. I agreed with the state that she shouldn't be allowed contact with children. Her habitual behavior is that of an addict -- "helping children" is like crack to her.

I do very much hope she gets some good mental health providers and truly does the work.

When I went through my divorce in the 90s, at one point, the judge looked at both of us and said something like, "I want you to know that in Maricopa County, any form of custodial interference is looked upon and adjudicated the same as kidnapping."

It's heartbreaking to see how things have changed so much since then.

In the years since Gabriel went missing, TS has done nothing that would be a violation of probation. The only thing she has done is lie through her teeth.

I think to her, a few hours each night and on weekends in jail for a few days was a great price to pay to be allowed to force "those people" on the internet to listen to her blather for days on the stand and then hear various people praise her and finally, get to promote herself, her business, her "charities" and to lecture the public for half an hour while comparing herself to Christ.

I am sick.

I can only hope that she is stopped, maybe probation won't help. I'm not sure (since I missed parts) but the mention of she and Jack adopting a second grandchild seemed to be on hold as a result of the charges brought against her. If so I'm hopeful that any potential adoption with her name involved will be under a microscope.

I am glad that her websites/activities are on the radar, thanks partly to the general public, so maybe her every step will have a shadow right behind her.

I noted you mentioned you were an attorney, what kind of law do you practice? (If you don't mind sharing.)

That was an emtional few hours. And dang, I missed her being cuffed; mean of me but I really wanted to see that.

I didn't get to watch. Thanks all for the commentary. You know how some people fall in to the category that you just can't stand. TS just scratches the chalk board for me, chews the tin foil, just plain grates me the wrong way. I feel in my heart if it weren't for her manipulation Gabriel just may be in a safe home somewhere.

She got off easy AGAIN but her time will come.

She showed absolutely no remorse, preached to the courtroom, pretty much told them all they were wrong and the conspiracy was against HER and ended up by telling everybody that her charity was a fine and noble mission from God. She blamed "the internet" for everything when it is the internet SHE uses for her own purposes, it is unbelievable.

IMO She should have gotten at least one year in jail. But let us not forget that prosecution still has motions filed against her, and I seriously doubt they are going to let up as long as there is any rock they can turn over.

I had to leave while Tammi wass giving her speech. I'm disgusted with the judge. She needed some solid jail time (in the tent city) to keep her from thinking she was in some way vindicated.

I plan to follow her around the internet as much as I can. She shouldn't be allowed to have any sort of activities involving pregnant women or infants.

What was the judge thinking??????

That was very well said.

I'm still fuzzy on the prosecution's additional motions but will read up on all the links you and others have posted. I can't see her changing even in jail or prison because she truly believes, in her warped mind, she is doing good work -- "God's work."

I believe in God but the God I believe in knows that I'm human, that I am NOT God. It seems she believes otherwise.

I'm really glad to have found this site, it's been fun reading and interacting with you all and I look forward to more. Thanks for welcoming me.:rose:

I watched it LIve and I was happy bthat she got some hurdles in her life!!!!
They waited until the seal was up before they put the cuffs on her.
She was dreesed quite down today compared to her.
Not much makeup at all!
So I got to see her cry for herself not really anyone else.
She said she was sorry to everyone but no real tears.
She took forever with her God talk.
I am cooking dinner and all of that so I will catch up with yall a little later.
I am happy she will not be free to forget what she has done!
The judge may not have gone by all of the letters written but at least he did talk about them and everyone talked about STONES OF GRACE!!!!!!!!!

You know, as far as Tammi saying that people on the internet ridicule her faith - it's not her faith we're talking about. She may have faith - it's her words and actions that say otherwise.

I mean, seriously, comparing herself to Jesus Christ? If that doesn't scream for a psych evaluation, I don't know what will.

I wonder what the ministers who came to support her think about her speech????

And obviously Jack's bro-in-law (who didn't want to be on camera) doesn't even get through to her when he said he told her to go slow with SOG, but she wants to start with 100 women, instead of 6 to 8????

Hello, Reverand, have you seen what she posts on her "private" FB page (yes, I've seen screen shots)????

The first minister did more harm than good for her with constantly saying he kept telling her to stay within certain limits. The judge remarked (1) she showed no remorse and (2) that there was a disconnect between her words and her actions. I liked the little comments he put in there that he didn't claim to know what God was thinking ... but according to what HE heard at the trial: _____________________"

QUESTION: How in the hell could her attorney get up there and go on and on about how he "knows" Gabriel Johnson is DEAD?

When the Judge was stating he knew who Tammi was - what she had been through was he referring to the 2002 case involving Tammi sister - the baby of sister and the Mother of Tammi and her sister. Maybe that is why no prison. That case was horrific. Sister of Tammi is still in Psych Ward in Maricopa County.

Well, I know.

It makes you wonder if that's part of "the truth" that Tammi said her attorney told her not to talk about. And then, did they not want her to talk about it because Tammi played a bigger part in the disappearance of Gabriel than most people know about, and that's why they won't let her talk about "the truth"?

Is the sister still locked up, because I heard she was a recent FB friend of Tammi's - unless they let her use the internet?

If sister's initials are BJ. I think some of this came out in court. Pretty sure will be in for life after the 2002 attack.
