I have seen, across social media, signs of a 'campaign'. 'Visitors' randomly posting/tweeting pics, text of the 'paradise island' of Koh Tao. In batches, all within an hour or so.

Unfortunately, they have been swiftly drowned out by breaking news of these terrible murders on Koh Tao, which make it seem more like the island from hell.

I just want to say that if someone is thinking this is a 'PR thing' that can be glossed over, they are wrong. If you want a tourist industry, you need good governance, authorities and law enforcement to keep them safe.

I have no faith in Thai Law Enforcement at this time, or those who govern them.

I have noticed this too, particularly within the last 4/5 days. SO transparent.

"Citing from the "confessions" of the two suspects, police said they entered Thailand about two weeks before the double murders, at dawn on September 15, and worked at AC Pub as general workers. The men said they hardly left the pub, as they had limited knowledge of the Thai language.

Another police source said the three men had been monitored secretly after police detected signs of suspicious behaviour after interviewing staff at AC Pub and all shops and restaurants. One of the men, who police did name, had dyed his hair from gold to black after the crime took place.

Also isn't it funny how the picture they are circulating of the three burmese men on the moped on the night of the murder shows all three have dark hair.None of them are blonde. This rather conflicts with their report that the suspect had blonde hair that night but dyed it black again the following day.

A test on their hair could show if any of them had recently dyed it btw.

Exactly! Just like with everything else from the start of this case, this does not add up. I just don't understand why the police, with the amount of time they've had to plan a cover up, haven't even bothered to make a story which is consistent and fitting of the evidence. If you're going to cover something up, cover it up! Don't be so half-arsed about it!

The CCTV of the 3 men on the motorbike also states they are driving away from the scene, yet you'd expect some patches of blood on their clothing, would you not?
And the perp was supposed to have been recorded on CCTV running from the scene in David's shorts, but all of the men are together and not in shorts matching David's.


Nothing fits. The last thing we need is more victims added to the list if these men are innocent.

They had it all along.It was planted behind the burmese guys's cabin.Incontrovertible evidence of police lies and scapegoating.Lying dogs.

PLEASE send this information, with those 2 images, too all the main UK media + Mr. Mark Kent, the British ambassador in Thailand+ to the Burmese embassy, bc that is indeed waterprof hard evidence that the Thai police are lying and framing those poor burmese guys.

Thank you. I tried to lift Bongoz picture off thai visa but could not convert it to a jpeg. Looks like bongoz has cut a frame from a video.Not sure how to do that!Nobody else seems to have responded to his/her post about it....I will see what i can do.Perhaps we all should see what we can do?!

Indeed...it's a tragic and horrific farce.
Just saw a video of the reconstruction police staged today. It ended with a "benefit ceremony" that included fireworks, clapping and what looked like canapes.ugh.

I think I read/saw the moped pic with a timestamp of 23.10pm on the night itself? As if they were leaving work?
As for the mystery "perp running from scene" CSI LA on facebook has this video which seems to indicate that the police edited the video to hide someone who was also with the "running man"..

This page is thai/english and demonstrates a groundswell of thais who also believe this is a cover up.There is alot of detailed information unreported in mainstream thai and international media on this page eg-there were two weapons and the damage done does not forensically match a garden hoe.

CSI LA facebook page founder alleging he has been recently threatened by family of mafia guy to cease what he's doing publicising inconsistencies in the case.
Also on CSI LA and thai visa forum, there are suggestions that sean mcanna may have been there at beginning of attacks.blood on his guitar, wound to left calf and left arm look suspiciously like the wounds david received. Look like they were made with same weapon?(not a garden hoe btw)

Why else would SM have stated in fb post a day after the attack "i know you tried to save her". Was he embroiled somehow(he knew barstaff and locals well), perhaps tried to calm things down and then ran off as things escalated only to find out the tragic outcome of the altercation(conveniently no mention of the alleged altercation since it was reported within days of murders) the following morning?
 
This whole thing is making me feel sick to my stomach. Only on Saturday my 23 year old cousin said her and her new husband are selling their house to go travelling with Koh Tao a definite visit, I really don't want her to go.

That noose in the background is just chilling.

Also..none of those guys on the moped has gold hair and I won't even go there with the rest of the inconsistencies, not only are the thai police corrupt but they're also brain dead.

How is anyone expected to believe that these two small, slightly built men brutally murdered two people? They 'confessed' that they murdered David then raped and murdered Hannah. It would have taken the two of them at least to overpower David, so who was restraining Hannah during that time?

This is my feeling about what happened. Hannah had an altercation with a Thai local in a bar that night. He lost face and was furious. He got a group together to exact revenge. Meanwhile, three Burmese migrant labourers were sitting on a tree trunk on the beach, playing guitar and drinking. One of them went home, leaving the other two. Sean McAnna had been asleep that night, but went out later on to try and find David. Through trying to find David, he met up with Hannah and ended up walking her back to her accommodation. On the way, at the beach, Hannah was set upon by the Thai man and his friends. Sean was minimally hurt but managed to run. David happened to be walking back shortly afterwards. Rather than running, he tried to help Hannah and was beaten. The two Burmese men came over to see the commotion and were spotted by the gang. The Thai who had lost face and his accomplices took it in turns to rape Hannah, but used condoms, aware that they didn't want to leave DNA. They then coerced/forced the Burmese men to rape her too, knowing that it would be their DNA that would be found. One of the condoms was accidentally left at the scene.

Very soon the next day, everyone on the island knew who had been responsible. The police spoke to the relevant families and were paid off. They then knew there were some Burmese men sitting on the beach that night because the 'witnesses' to this were the perpetrators of the crime themselves. They were also informed that if they caught these men they could pin the whole crime on them because of the DNA. So this was an easy solution that suited everyone.

Think I might have read you on another site earlier? I reckon as Sean was "in with" the Ac bar people, if he met up with David it's likely that as david was Sean's friend he would have been allowed to stay late in a pub lock-in scenario, along with Hannah who David knew from earlier that night. So likely most of the people left in the bar that night were somehow under the thumb of the instigator.She probably felt safe to stay without her friends as she knew David and her were staying at the same accommodation(i think?) so she knew she'd have someone to walk home with.
Sean would have much much more aware of the power of the perpertrators, even before an altercation kicked off. Can easily imagine David being new to the island , being naive about the potential consequences of stepping in to tell someone to back off, in the heart of the hornets nest.

I agree, either they forced the burmese to do it under threat of death or else the entire DNA evidence for the burmese suspects is completely fabricated.
I have read in several places, comments said to originate from koh tao locals, saying that the nephew of the headsman was the perp. IF so, this would explain why certain influential people were not DNA tested as a family connection would be apparent in a DNA sample from another family member.
