Bevel said the knife outline in Darlie's blood supports the 2nd Attack Theory, and it does, but why is the knife so away? Damon crawled more after the 2nd attack? Dr. Townsend-Parker said he could have lived as much as 8-10 mins. after the fatal wound. Darlie ran out of time to attack him yet again?
That makes sense. I always thought she was standing over Damon deciding what to do, but she really didn't have to think about that did she? He moved, she stabbed. Weren't there drops of her blood on Devon's pillow?cami said:Perhaps she caught him in the act of moving so she laid the knife down so she could halt his movement.
Mary and I think she laid the knife down to check and make sure Devon wasn't moving and that he was dead. She just discovered Damon had moved his position so she stabbed him again as he lay by the wall at the entry...then she moved over to Devon to make sure he wasn't moving. I guess the only thing we know for sure is that she stood there for a few seconds and that's when the blood dripped from the knife...I will go reread Bevel's testimony on this.
