I'm not seeing the gaslighting by William that you see? It's interesting how different an article is perceived by different people. I have no idea what has gone on that has obviously been so life altering in this family. It seems like something life shattering and I can't imagine what it is.

william certainly is gas lighting his brother. What the nasty comments by William to denigrate Harry?

He could say it is an opportunity to unify the Commonwealth even more or something. Nope. He has to throw shade on Harry. Wow

I didn’t see any throwing shade in the article. And the only thing I’ve read from William is his sadness that there is a rift between he and Harry. Maybe I missed something. Both men are to be felt for for having to go through their family squabbles so publicly.

I didn't even see where William said anything at all???? Below is the only reference I saw, and it's about Wm. trying to make amends with Harry and Harry not having it. The worst part about this is it looks like they're trying to threaten the Royal Family to get a better "deal." This is so ugly. Damn

There were a ton of stories around the time of the wedding that said MM left Kate in tears over the way MM treated Charlotte &/or Kate during Charlotte's bridesmaid dress fitting. I discounted the story at the time, but now I think it was true and think there are likely other events similar to this.

Yes, I've heard the same stories . . . but that doesn't seem like a large enough "slight" that would have the fallout that we're currently seeing.

I am very disappointed with the bullying I see happening in the last couple of threads. One particular group has successfully chased off posters who had different opinions.

This will not be tolerated. If I see a poster giving grief to another in a bullying manner then that poster will be gone a minimum of 30 days if not more.
This is not a true-crime case therefore we do not have to protect victims here. If someone wants to in a mature manner say they do not like the behavior of a particular royal they can as long as it is not done in a vitriol manner.

If you want to disagree with someone's opinion you must do so in an adult manner.

If you post a "goodbye I'm leaving post" that is an automatic ban. We do not tolerate drama. This is not an airport. You do not need to announce your departure. When you do it turns attention to you and not the topic. I have zero tolerance for people who feel the need to take the attention off the topic to announce they are leaving.

The rules are so simple.

Last chance. This thread is only here because you all wanted it but since it is not a crime topic we can certainly do without it, especially since our mods are spending too much of their valuable time on this topic.

I agree, but I think many of the stories about MM's behavior that many of us have discounted are likely true and the break happened when they could no longer tolerate it.

The above definition does not fit PW's statement, IMO. He is feeling a void and he is not setting up PH. The statement was a deep feeling he had in re to his personal feeling about the non connection with his brother. He misses his brother out of love..... MOO

I wonder if the Sussex's have leveled some of the same accusations against the Royal fam as we've seen leveled in the media. I can see how those types of accusations could potentially create an unmendable rift. Plus, it seems like they're not overly fond of the Royal Family concept, in general.

That reminds me of the MM aids and assistants that left. I don’t recall how many left but I do know it was more than 2.

One thing for sure is they didn’t date long enough. Making another major decision this early on isn’t wise either.

Those were part of a private conversation he had with a 'friend' . He has made no negative public comment about this situation or about PH and MM as far as I have ever seen.

JMO, but PH an MM are jealous and deep down they want to make a difference too in the world but they are jealous about other ppl's ranks. I don't think MM was given enough time to fully understand the monarchy and how they operate. this is not an ordinary union like we have with our spouses … JMO

I’m really concerned about PH’s mental health. How much more can he handle? He’s pulled in many directions, imo.
I fear moving away from what he knows is not wise.

JMO, I think the titles need to be stripped. Its obvious that PH will say goodbye to the UK after his Thursday patronage event . MM will never return either.
