Hey JusticeForever, A few of us obtained the autopsy report. We have discussed it on some other threads. If you'd like any info from it I can tell you, I will do so.

So tonight well I was out bumming around I found myself these little packets of pre made frozen strawberry daquiri for just a $1.50 a pack (now that's a steal) ....so I bout ten of them. I haven't drink in over a year. Soooo tonights the night I solve this case...bare with me folks. I'm pretty convinced that my inner genius is gonna be coming out soon.

I've just had my first glass of wine aka "drink" in quite some time tonight as well.

I like Pina Coladas. Greenport has the best. Block Island a close second.

Hi there! I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I was able to obtain Elisa Lam's coroners report. I posted the first two pages of the report on the thread below.

I have also discussed some aspects of the report that I did not release here in any file format (it was 20 pages) out of respect for the victim/ethical reasons (as well as victim friendly TOS standards).

Her death was ruled accidental due to rapid drowning. Possible contributing factor: Bipolar Disorder.

We hear the term bipolar on a regular basis. People can walk into a Drs office and leave with a diagnosis and a script. The Drs dont know the difference between bipolar and a brat that needs to grow up. The same thing with ADHD.

Agreed. Additionally I believe this case also calls into focus the stigma against the mentally ill.

How does a contributing factor of possible bipolar disorder (not even confirmed by a doctor on the autopsy but EL's sister!) yield more credence or credibility than a contributing factor of the location where her body was found (body being found IN A MURDER HOTEL on skid row where Richard Ramirez lived as well As another serial murderer!)???!?

It's a ridiculous case, as are most drowning cases. So difficult to prove usually whether it was an accident or homicide - it's frightening.

THANK YOU!!!! This is how I have felt the whole time. So sick of hearing about SG mental problems. In any case IMO bipolar is not a good enough reason to blame for a girl calling 911 screaming that "they" were trying to kill her. Drugs-maybe. But, like I have said before she was a regualr user.
Only other thought I have is maybe JB and SG did in fact go to CPH house. Get some type of pills that she had never taken before. The next day JB is like WTF dude handle this crap for me...this leading to his phone call he made to SG mother.

I believe you. With lack of forensic evidence from her Body, one has to look at the contributing factors surrounding her death and consider which one seems to be a more probable cause of death. I believe it's more probable she was a murder victim rather than victim of mental illness - simply because of the environment/location where her remains were found as well as her frantic 911 call.

Why would an escort call 911 on themselves unless they were truly in trouble? I'm pretty sure they try to avoid the police/LE/911 unless absolutely necessary.
